If the health care bill is not passed, the insurance companies … and their millions that they have given to the Republicans to vote no, will have won. And you, the citizens, … will have lost again. How can you sa … call yourself Christians? Explain … this to Jesus why you don't want your fellow man to have health care.

I agree with the caller who spoke to the freeloader … about doctors and dentists … givin' … their time to the … uninsured. I would like to add this: maybe the freeloader … could donate a coupla days a week free labor to a doctor or a dentist. … Maybe do yard work or other chores. … Then maybe get a job and … not be a freeloader any longer.

Pete Rose was banned from baseball … for gamblin … on … on baseball games. … He … was one of the best around. I think the commissioner should … su … suspend … ban … Mark McGwire for his … participation in steroids and not be … eligible for the Hall of Fame.

I would like to thank the policeman that stopped and helped my husband when he had a flat tire in all that rain the other night. My husband has arthritis in his leg and the police … police help was much, much appreciated. I want to say again thank you and may God bless you.

Regarding the first entry in Soundoff on Saturday, January 16, what on earth was that person on about? What a waste of space to pr … to print that garbled mess.
