Well, that's only if it's considered ... organic debris ... which, if you check around to these local cotton ... mmm, none of it's organic. ... Do you have any idea what organic means? ... That's chemical regulation. ... And there's not any organic cotton fields here. ... So, the debris falling is not organic. Therefore, it is considered litter. That's obviously a loophole.
