Would like for you to choose another day besides Monday to not deliver the local paper. ... In the last coupla months, there have been people in our area that have passed away ... with visitation being on Monday night and we were not even aware of the funeral services until Tuesday ... and it's too late sometimes to make arrangements to go. Please consider eliminatin' Wednesday's paper rather than Monday after a long weekend in Statesboro.

When you have student-athletes, coaches, staff and the president that are championship-caliber people, it would be nice to have a athletic department that has the same integrity instead of these idiots that want to stand around and look cool. The home game ... playoff bid should have been bid submitted when Jeff Monken was named head coach.

Saw a commercial for Georgia Southern, their football team, and they're using the initials G-A-T-A, and then around Statesboro I see this on the ... marquis billboards, G-A-T-A, which I find out that it stands for Get After Their And ... This is very hard to explain to ... my younger children what G-A-T-A ... represents.

On the 11 'clock news at night ... on ... WTOC, they were doin' the weather and the guy asked ... if you're an android user. What is that? Somethin' like a hem'roid?

This is Wednesday, December the 8th. Just read Soundoff. I want to agree with that Georgia Southern fan ... about the attendance in ... William & Mary game last week. We can have better'n that in Spartanburg. I agree with that person 100 percent. Let's go! One more time!

Hey, ol' buddy. I was lookin' back at my stories ... in Sunday's paper ... and ... there was a lot of grammatical errors. ... Thank you very much for keepin' me grounded and humble.
