SYLVANIA - Video footage quickly led to an arrest after New China restaurant owner reported an armed robbery in Sylvania last week, said Sylvania Police Department Lt. Tony Taylor. A black man was reported entering the restaurant on West Ogeechee Street around 7 p.m. Wednesday, wearing all black, Taylor said. He came in and told an employee to give him some rice, he said.
