METTER - Papa Buck's BBQ in Metter recently was listed as one of the best BBQ restaurants in America by the National BBQ news. Beginning as a mobile unit, Von and Jeremiah Johnson first set up serving their brand of barbecue in the Retrievers parking lot in Statesboro and also in downtown Twin City. Soon they decided to bring Papa Bucks to Metter.
