Robbery incident leads to arrests for pandering, pimping
Procurement of an alleged prostitute results in charges
Kevin Jamal Littles

A report of robbery ended with both the accuser and accused being arrested after admitting involvement in procurement of an alleged prostitute’s services.

Kevin Jamal Littles, 27, Daphney Lane was charged with robbery, pimping, and probation violation, while Ronald Nelson, 60, Lanier Drive, was charged with pandering, according to Bulloch County Jail reports.

Nelson called Statesboro police around 1:45 p.m. Saturday, meeting officers at Wells Fargo Bank on Northside Drive East, said Statesboro Police Community Information Specialist Madison Warren.

Nelson said Littles forced him to remove money from a ATM. The incident was reported as a strong-arm robbery, and no weapon was involved, she said.

During the course of the interview between officers, Littles and Nelson, both admitted Littles had “procured the services of a female for a limited time” for Nelson, she said.

There was no woman at the scene and no woman was arrested in connection to the incident, but both men were charged and taken to the Bulloch County Jail. Monday, Littles remained in jail with no bond while Nelson remained in jail awaiting release, with a $2,000 bond assigned, according to jail records.
