ARRESTS
    Statesboro Police, Bulloch County Sheriff, Georgia Southern University, and Georgia State Patrol arrests made Friday through Sunday will be reported Tuesday.

Arrests
    Jermaine Donniell Sanders, 28, Broad Street – burglary, possession of tools for the commission of a crime, felony theft by taking, first degree criminal damage.
    Tremayne Lavan Ellison, 226, Broad Street – sale of marijuana, unlawful use of communications facilities, burglary, possession of tools for the commission of a crime, felony theft by taking, first degree criminal damage.
    Liana Colette Coit-Lewis, 35, Broad Street - burglary, possession of tools for the commission of a crime, felony theft by taking, first degree criminal damage.
    Darryl Bernard Ball, 47, East Jones Avenue - burglary, possession of tools for the commission of a crime, felony theft by taking, first degree criminal damage.
 
Bulloch County Sheriff’s Department
Incidents
    CLEARY ROAD – (Brooklet) A man insisted on changing a woman’s flat tire, but she did not want him to. They argued and he punched him in the chest. The woman said the man broke a bottle of liquor.
    BROOKLET-DENMARK ROAD – (Brooklet) A man and woman argued about the man’s unemployment and not doing anything around the house.
    DAVID COLLEY ROAD – (Portal) A man reported someone stole two Chihuahua dogs from their pen.
    DENVER LANIER ROAD – (Portal) A deputy responded to a domestic argument where one man argued with another over drinking his liquor.

Statesboro Police Incidents
    VARSITY LODGE APARMENTS – A man and woman argued over her talking to other men at a club.
    LYDIA LANE – Someone stole copper wiring from a home.
    EAST JONES AVENUE – Several video games were stolen.
    RITE AID – A man walked in, stuffed $75 worth of Oil of Olay body wash into his pants, and walked out, leaving in a car with several other men.
    CLUBHOUSE – Police responded to a domestic dispute between customers.
    BLAND AVENUE – Two bikes, a grill and a keg shell were stolen.
    JARRARD AUTOMOTIVE – Someone test drove a blue 1992 Chevrolet C-10 and did not return it.
    SANDY WAY – Someone stole a refrigerator.
    EAGLE WALK APARTMENTS – A man said two men with guns hit him in the head twice and fled after taking his money.

Statesboro-Bulloch County Animal Shelter Reports (July 18-24)
    Dogs surrendered by citizens – 15 from rural county areas, one from Statesboro city limits.
    Cats surrendered by citizens - five from rural county areas.
    Dogs collected by officers – eight from rural county areas, one from Statesboro city limits.
    Cats collected by officers – six from rural county areas, five from Statesboro city limits.
    Adopted from shelter – five dogs and a cat.
    Reclaimed by owners – six dogs.
    Died at shelter – two cats.
    Euthanized – 19 dogs and 31 cats.
    Citations – three.
    Warnings – 11.
    Fees collected - $452.50.
