Mario Ontavious McClain, 25, Sandpiper Drive — contempt of court.
Brent Allen Guinn, 23, Eagle Court — theft by shoplifting.
Dwayne Neil Covington, 43, Sapelo Circle, Augusta — theft by deception.
 
  Incidents
GNATS LANDING — A man pick-pocketed a cellphone at around midnight Wednesday, but the victim grabbed the phone back.
STADIUM WALK APARTMENTS — A woman told police around 5 p.m. Tuesday her husband beat her for three hours, but she showed no visible injuries. She did not wish to prosecute.
WALMART — A security person told police at around noon Tuesday that  on six different occasions, a man shoplifted a total of 23 cases of assorted beer, as well as two six-packs and several 40-ounce bottles.
 
BULLOCH COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
  Arrests
Judy Sparks Waller, 58, Bee Road, Savannah — probation violation.
Bobby Ellis Dickerson, 61, Thomas Street — disorderly conduct.

  Incidents
BULLOCH COUNTY STATE COURT — A man was arrested at around 11 a.m. Tuesday after he refused to stop yelling at a woman in the courtroom. He cursed a public defender and yelled at a deputy to “get your hands off me” when the deputy tried to quiet him.

GEORGIA STATE PATROL POST 45
Wednesday, troopers investigated four crashes with one fatality; stopped 21 vehicles, issuing three speeding citations, six total citations, a seatbelt warning, 13 speeding warnings, and 24 total warnings; patrolled 432 miles; and assisted one motorist.
