    GARDEN DISTRICT APARTMENTS — A woman reported around 9:20 a.m. Thursday that a handicap hang tag was stolen from her car.
    MINCEY STREET — A woman told police around 12:45 p.m. Thursday that an unknown person claimed two of her minor children on their tax returns.
    SHENANIGANS — A man contacted police around 4 p.m. Thursday to report a battery incident that occurred between 6 p.m. Saturday and 6 a.m. Sunday. He told officers a suspect, listed in reports by name but not arrested, “left bruising and several small cuts on his arm” during an altercation.
    PARK PLACE APARTMENTS —Police responded around 1:15 p.m. Thursday to a reported domestic dispute. The argument was over infidelity, and the woman wanted the man to move out.

    Christopher Alexander Zenn, 19, Interlaken Pass, Jonesboro, Ga. — possession of a schedule I controlled substance (heroin), marijuana possession.
    Luke Richard Printz, 19, Aldenham Way, Suwanee, Ga. — possession of alcohol by an underage person driving a vehicle, obstruction, disorderly conduct, pedestrian under the influence.
    Lacey Arrie Shorter, 30, Westbrooke Drive — simple battery, third-degree cruelty to children.
    John Kekeni Hailu, 23, Clarion Pass, Stone Mountain, Ga. — possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of a schedule IV controlled substance with intent to distribute, possession of a schedule II controlled substance, first-degree forgery, obtaining dangerous drugs by fraudulent means.

    CEDARWOOD ACRES MOBILE HOME PARK — A man told deputies around 7:45 p.m. Thursday that he agreed to sell a vehicle to a woman who would make payments. He changed his mind and wanted the vehicle back, but the woman said she had already spent $100 on replacing a window and getting insurance. She had not yet made a payment, and the vehicle was still legally in the man’s name, so he took it back. He told her he could not afford to pay her the money she spent on the window ($40). He agreed to reimburse her for the remaining $60 for insurance.
    WESTBROOKE DRIVE — A woman was arrested around 8:20 p.m. Thursday after deputies responded to a domestic dispute. The woman was reportedly intoxicated and acting hysterically, and during the ordeal, scratched the head of a man who tried to leave with the couple’s juvenile children, he told deputies.

    Officers issued six traffic violation citations Thursday.

    Officers issued four traffic warnings and assisted four motorists Thursday.
