A Millen man was charged in connection to a July armed robbery at Aspen Heights Apartments about a month after the incident occurred, police said. Fazion Rashard Branch, 19, Ginhouse Road, Millen, is behind bars on charges of armed robbery stemming from a July 26 incident, said Statesboro Police Deputy Chief Rob Bryan. Around 7 p.m. July 26, Statesboro police responded to Aspen Heights, along with members of the Statesboro Bulloch Crime Suppression Team, to investigate an armed robbery report, he said.
