A man shot during a party on NeSmith Road is recovering, but Bulloch County Sheriff's investigators are seeking information on the incident. Statesboro police responded to a Peachtree Street home around 11 p.m. Saturday and found Travis Lagrant Jackson of Valdosta, suffering from "multiple gunshot wounds," according to Statesboro police reports. Further investigation revealed Jackson, 36, was shot on NeSmith Road, said Bulloch County Sheriff's Chief Deputy Jared Akins.
