Police surveillance at a local business resulted in an arrest when the suspect believed to be responsible for entering autos the night before returned to the scene. Statesboro police captured Henry Ross III, 47, of Dink Station Road in Register, on camera at Westside Automotive Saturday after police were notified around 9:20 a.m. of several vehicles being entered previously, said Statesboro police Chief Mike Broadhead. “Radios and other audio system components had been removed from some of the vehicles.
