"The one thing we could change which would improve learning in the educational system more than any other one thing: increase trust among educational staff," added the author of an article in Scientific American magazine, as he reported on his investigation. "The brain does not learn when stressed,",wrote a neuroscientist.
When trust is low, brains are stressed, which is especially a concern as children receive trust from competently trusting and confident adults.
I wonder what we can do to promote increased trust all the way from Head Start to graduate school?
