Editor: I want to publically commend the Bulloch County Public Works Department and particularly the Road Department for the recent work on our road. I called on Monday to complain how Scarboro Rd. has been poorly maintained so that when it rains, the water does not drain away but forms a river where a road should be. Supervisor Mike Boyette got right on it and sent a crew out to repair the road the next morning.
