Editor: Sunday, November 3, 2013, has been proclaimed Retired Educators Day in Georgia by Governor Deal. There are more than 97,000 retired educators in Georgia, many of whom are members of the Georgia Retired Educators Association as well as the local organization, Bulloch Retired Educators Association. These retired educators have made and continue to make invaluable contributions to their communities.
