Exchange Club says thanks to Statesboro community

Editor:
I am writing to thank Statesboro/Bulloch County for the tremendous support the Exchange Club of Statesboro has received over the past 18 years.
As our national organization, the National Exchange Club, celebrates it 100th year of service I’m reminded of the tremendous good that comes from the people in our community. It truly takes just one person to make a difference in the lives of others and we have been very fortunate that Statesboro/Bulloch County is filled with such people.
The members of Exchange Club of Statesboro have volunteered their time, energy and money to make Statesboro/Bulloch County a better place to live through child abuse prevention projects, Americanism projects and many other community service efforts. We wouldn’t be able to do this without Statesboro/Bulloch County supporting our fundraisers like the Million $ Shoot out-April 27-30, 2011 at Hackers and our Bulloch County School calendar or the members of this community to step forward and volunteer.
Thank you Statesboro/Bulloch County! As we celebrate 100 years of service to communities across the country, the Exchange Club of Statesboro will continue its service to the people right here in Statesboro/Bulloch County.
