An observation about my late father for Memorial Day

Editor: My father, B.F. Newton, served his country in World War II with 27 months of duty in China and Burma. His compensation was an honorable discharge, a Bronze Star, and 33 years bad health due to his service. He died in 1978 at the ripe old age of 61.
