Developers Bill Tripp, Jackson Wallace and Greg Wood are building their newest project, Beacon Place, located at 1818 S & S Railroad Bed Road adjacent to the S & S Trail near Connection Church. The trio entered the Statesboro market a couple of years ago when they built the Hamptons on Highway 301 South, a signature student housing development. After one year of operating the Hamptons, which includes 237 units and 668 beds, they are entering the new school year 98 percent leased.
