    The following are among the food service establishments inspected in January and February by the Bulloch County Health Department. The department scores on a 100-percentile scale. Kitchens are inspected at least every four months and are required to post their score sheets in public. The score and selected comments from health inspectors are included in each report. No out-of-date food in kitchen. Do not put hot meat in large vat and cover and put in cooler. It will not cool quickly enough. All food items must be stored six inches off floor. Clean using the ware-washing stations with proper wash, rinse and sanitizer steps. Walk-in cooler has a leak in the ceiling. No copy of latest inspection report.
