The 21-year-old Fort Stewart soldier killed Thursday in a motorcycle accident on Highway 67 near Statesboro has been identified. The victim is Dylon Andrew Kelly, 21, said Georgia State Patrol Sr. Trooper Tommy Strickland. The man's name was initially withheld pending notification of his family in Illinois.
