    Hugo A. Figuero, 30, High Street, Metter – driving without a valid license, speeding.

Bulloch Sheriff's Arrests
    Allen Jarrod Baker, 41, Hightower Mobile Home Park – probation violation.
    Eldioginis Moises Campusano, 25, Brookwood Avenue, Concord, NC – bench warrant.
    Anthony Jarrell Cody, 22, President Circle – probation violation.
    Crystal Gail Culberson, 24, Ponderosa Road, Portal – disorderly conduct.
    John Corbett Swain, 19, Broomstraw Trace, Ellabell – obstruction, no driver’s license.
    Michael Whynn Bird, 47, Robinson Road, Wadley – probation violation.
    Ricky Joe Sparks, 40, Lakeside Drive, Portal – bench warrant.
    Robert Joseph Trout, 19, Live Oak Loop, Ellabell – entering auto.
    Justin David Boggess, 17, Driggers Road, Brooklet – entering auto.
    
Georgia State Patrol Arrests
    Troopers issued 10 traffic violation citations Tuesday.
    Roderick L. Jefferson Jr., 24, no street address listed,  Guyton – DUI (.117).
    Dennis Bernard Freeman, 39, no street address listed, Claxton – DUI (.166).
    
Georgia Southern University Arrests
    Officers issued 11 traffic citations Tuesday.
    
Statesboro Police Incidents
    DON CORLEONES PIZZA  — Someone placed two separate orders from the same address, but no one was there to receive or pay for the deliveries. Business staff reported the incident as suspicious.
    BUFFALO’S CAFÉ – A man passed out after having four mixed drinks, and vomited and urinated on himself. Staff called police and said they stopped serving the man as he became more intoxicated. He was taken to the hospital by EMS, since he was unresponsive.
    CONE HOMES – A juvenile called police after an adult in the home was verbally abusive to an elderly relative.
    
Bulloch County Sheriff's Incidents
    PO JO’S COUNTRY STORE – (U.S. 80 East) A woman reported receiving a counterfeit $20.
    BOARD OF EDUCATION – (Statesboro) A juvenile told deputies he had been in a fight with his stepfather and received a busted lip. The Department of Family and children Services was called.
    BARN MOBILE HOME PARK – (Statesboro) A juvenile was arrested for fighting with his brother after they got off the school bus.
    STUBBS METAL – (Statesboro) A woman reported the theft of $200 worth of scrap steel.
    HARVEY WILSON ROAD – (Portal) A man said he suspected his daughter of taking his wallet and about $117 in cash.
          
Georgia State Patrol Incidents
    Troopers issued 11 warnings and investigated two crashes Tuesday.
         
Georgia Southern University Incidents
    Officers issued three traffic warnings, assisted five motorists, responded to one alarm and investigated two accidents Tuesday.
    RECREATION ACTIVITY CENTER – A wallet and two cell phones were taken from the center.

    Central 911 dispatchers issued the following calls Tuesday:
    Bulloch County Sheriff's Department—   17 calls.
    Statesboro Police Department— 22  calls.
    University Police Department – one  call.
    Georgia State Patrol –   three  calls.
    Candler County Sheriff's Department— seven   calls.
    Evans County Sheriff's Department –   two calls.
    Claxton Police Department – no  calls.

    Central 911 dispatchers issued the following calls Tuesday:
    Statesboro Fire Department –  six calls.
    Bulloch County Volunteer firefighters —  seven calls.

    Central 911 dispatchers issued the following calls Tuesday:
    Bulloch County EMS –  14 medical calls.
    Candler County EMS –  two medical calls.
    Evans County EMS –  two medical calls.
    Central 911 dispatchers also routed the following calls Tuesday:  two calls to Bulloch County First Responders, a call to  the Bulloch County Correctional Institute, and a call to Bulloch Humane Enforcement,
