Mr. and Mrs. James Daniel Joyner of Statesboro are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Karen Melaina Joyner, to Christopher Alan Miccoli, son of Mr. and Mrs. Armando Samuel Miccoli.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. John R. Joyner.

The groom-elect is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Ellis Doyle.

The couple has planned to wed in a private ceremony this July in Screven County with the Rev. James Daniel Joyner officiating.
