Statesboro Police Arrests          

            Larry Donnell Gibbons, 23, Victor Street, Millen - speeding, marijuana possession.

            Ismael Perez-Morales, 21, Richmond Hill Road, Augusta - wanted person.

            Joseph Aaron Yeater, 28, Sandpiper Drive - operating an unsafe vehicle, driving without a license on his person, tire requirements, DUI.

            Tierre Nicolin Eady, 32, East Olliff Street - fleeing/attempt to elude, open container, failure to stop at a stop sign, driving with a suspended license, obstruction.

            Natasha Staten, 17, West Grady Street - theft by shoplifting.

            Rashideh Latifah Phillips, 17, Institute Street - theft by shoplifting.

            Simon Lake Strickland, 22,  15th Street, Oxford, Miss. - public intoxication, criminal trespass.

 

Bulloch Sheriff's Arrests           

            Tyler Keith Finch, 22, Ben Grady Collins Road, Portal - obstruction, public intoxication, bench warrant.

            Roque Gabino, 25, Pretoria Rushing Road - failure to maintain lane, improper u-turn, driving on the wrong side of the road, no driver's license, no insurance, unregistered vehicle, altered tag, DUI (refused test).

            Anthony Arnez Saunders Jr., 19, Lanier Drive - simple battery.

            Dakota Daniels, 22, First Avenue - simple battery, criminal trespass.

            Mark Steven Finocchiro, 21, Dry Branch Village , Register - giving false identity to law enforcement, driving with a suspended license.

 

Georgia State Patrol Arrests

             Samuel Walker Freeman IV, 21, Ashford Estates Avenue, Canton - DUI (pending test results).

            Troopers issued 13 traffic violation citations Sunday.

 

Georgia Southern University Arrests

            Sarnie Greg Johnson, 20, Harvey Drive - theft by taking.

            Tressie Len Taylor, 35, Harvey Wilson Road, Portal - theft by taking.

            Corey Alphonso Smith, 23, Mike Ann Drive - theft by taking.

             Brett Lambert Hoyle, 22, Buffalo Creek Rd., Carrollton - DUI.

             Joshua Ryan Lewis, 19, Matts Landing Point, Cumming - underage possession/consumption of alcohol.

            Officers issued five traffic citations Saturday and one citation Sunday.

 

Statesboro Police Incidents      

            BELK - A juvenile was caught stealing a $55 belt.

            COLLEGE PARK UNIVERSITY PINES  - Someone broke into a car and took CDs, a wallet and $40.

            HUNNICUTT DRIVE - A man reported a blue pit bull missing.

            BLAKEWOODS APARTMENTS -  A complainant reported a wallet taken from a car.

            HARVEY'S/U.S. 80 WEST - An employee followed a man he saw put a bottle of wine in his pants. When he confronted the offender, the man threatened him by waving the bottle and telling him to " come on."

            ROUNDTREE STREET - A woman accused another of stealing her purse, and the other woman pushed her down and caused her to scrape her elbow.

            PATE PLACE - A woman said an unknown man threatens her using a blocked phone number.

            SIMMONS ROAD - A man called police when an underage male, intoxicated, tried starting a fight.

            CONE HOMES - A woman said someone shot her home with paint ball guns.

            LESTER ROAD - A man said a woman broke a lamp and hit him.

            RACKLEY STREET - A man told police he sees a large man standing next to his mail box in the wee hours of the morning.

            JOHNSON STREET - A man said two pit bulldogs were stolen. Three pit bulls were found chained in the woods nearby and Bulloch Humane Enforcement is investigating.

 

Bulloch Sheriff's Incidents        

            Incident reports unavailable.

 

Georgia State Patrol Incidents  

            Troopers issued seven warnings, assisted one motorist and investigated one crash with no reported injuries Sunday.

 

Georgia Southern University Incidents

             FRIDAY - Officers issued five traffic warnings, assisted five motorists and responded to one alarm.

            SATURDAY - Officers assisted two motorists, assisted one sick person and assisted another agency.

            SUNDAY - Officers issued three traffic warnings and assisted three motorists. 

EAGLE VILLAGE - In three separate reports, someone reported the theft of a TV;  the theft of a bicycle and reported a case of simple battery.

            PAULSON STADIUM -  A cooler was taken from a vehicle. Also, someone reported a flag was taken from a vehicle  and someone reported being harassed.

 

911  Law Enforcement Reports

            Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Sunday:

            Bulloch County Sheriff's Department -  11 calls.

            Statesboro Police Department - 38 calls.

            University Police Department - two calls.

            Georgia State Patrol Post 45 - one call.

            Candler County Sheriff's Department - four calls.

            Brooklet Police Department - one call.

            Portal Police Department - one call.

            Central 911 operators dispatched no calls Sunday:

 

911 EMS Reports

            Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Sunday:

            Bulloch County EMS - 14 medical calls.  

            Candler County EMS - four medical calls. 

            Evans County EMS - three medical calls.   

            Central 911 operators also routed a call to Emanuel County 911 and a call to Bryan County 911.
