Georgia State Patrol Arrests
    Troopers issued 14 citations Tuesday for traffic violations.
         
Georgia Southern University Arrests
       Jacob Michael Cline, 18, Eagle Village — underage  possession/consumption of alcohol.
    Clayton Casey Graybeal, 18, Brannen Hall — underage  possession/consumption of alcohol.
     Zachary Fleming Morgan, 18, of Johnson Hall,  underage possession/consumption of alcohol.
    Officers issued one traffic citation Tuesday.
    
Statesboro Police Incidents   
    VARSITY LODGE APARTMENTS — A man told police two men ran up to him and began striking him in the face and kicking him in t he stomach several times. He said they left in a gold colored vehicle with Georgia Southern University stickers on the doors. EMS treated the victim and released him at the scene.
    CAMPUS CLUB APARTMENTS — A woman as her roommate was moving out, a woman with her in the apartment grabbed the complainant and pushed her head into the wall several times. The roommate identified the offender as her cousin and said the incident  never happened.
    HENRY STREET — A woman reported the theft of a green and silver mountain bike.
    VENDING MACHINES AROUND TOWN — A Coca  Cola representative reported finding several vending machines tampered with and damaged. About $40 was taken from a Coke machine at Best Western Hotel, and machines were damaged at Winnelson, Meineke Mufflers, and Eagle Inn as well.
    MILL CREEK — A man called police after seeing a woman walking away from a young male child who was crying. Officers spoke with the woman, who said she was trying to get her grandson to walk, because he wanted to be carried everywhere and he was too old and big to be carried. The officer noted in reports that nothing was wrong and the child appeared to be in good health and in no danger nor was he being mistreated.
    EAGLES LANDING — A woman said a man harassed her by phone.
    MORRIS HEIGHTS APARTMENTS — Two sisters got into a fight and one suffered minor scratches.
    COTTON AVENUE — A woman told police a man came to her house and threatened to hit her mother.
            
Bulloch Sheriff's Incidents   
    ELDORA ROAD — (Ellabell) Deputies responded to a 911 call about a hit and run and met EMS technicians at the scene. A man suffered an injury to his foot, which was swollen. The offender was not found, but is known and warrants for leaving the scene of an accident, reckless driving, reckless conduct and driving with a suspended license were issued for the offender.
    COUNTRY STORE — (Cypress Lake Road, Statesboro) A man reported a burglary, listing a large amount of cash taken.
    BRANNEN ROAD — (Statesboro) A woman said she suspected her ex-husband, from whom she has been divorced six years, entered her home and removed pages from a log book where she kept records of contact with him.
    MILL CREEK ROAD — (Statesboro) A man said someone left his gas tank cap open, scratched his car and flattened a tire.
    SCOTTS CREEK BAPTIST CHURCH — (Adabelle Road) A man reported someone entered the church and moved things, but took nothing.
    PAMELA WAY — (Statesboro) A deputy responding to a 911 call about a fight in progress found no one at the scene, but the mother of a victim of the affray called the sheriff's office and told deputies where to find the victims. The juvenile victims said they were checking the mail when five or six subjects approached them, pushed the younger child down and punched the older victim in the face and mouth. The offenders were not located, and the older victim suffered a lacerated lip and swollen eye.
    BURKHALTER ROAD — (Statesboro) A man said a he found a vehicle on his property and didn't know why it was there or to whom it belonged. A search indicated the vehicle belonged to a Buck Creek Road man. The property owner said he was having the car towed.
    SHERIFF'S OFFICE — Deputies arrested a woman who showed up at the jail while intoxicated.
    HILLCREST APARTMENTS — (Statesboro) A woman told deputies someone tampered with her license plate and tried to remove the tag.
    MACEDONIA ROAD — (Clito) A woman said a Cone Homes woman assaulted her while both females were visiting a male friend's residence.             CAWANA ROAD —  (Statesboro) Deputies met with a woman at the hospital who said she was traveling with a man who pulled over to the side of the road and began striking her, leaving visible marks, while her child watched.
    
Georgia State Patrol Incidents   
    Troopers issued 11 traffic warnings, assisted one motorist, and investigated three crashes with one reported injury Tuesday.
        
Georgia Southern University Incidents
    NEWTON BUILDING — Someone reported a purse taken from a bench.
     RECREATION ACTIVITY CENTER  — Police responded to reports of an unruly person.
    TALONS GRILLE — Someone called police regarding an unruly person.
     SOUTHERN COURTYARD  — An X-box game console was reported stolen.
    FOY FINE ARTS —  Some ceramic tile was taken from the construction site.
     Officers issued five traffic warnings and assisted two motorists and one injured person Tuesday.

    Bulloch County Sheriff's Department — seven calls.
    Statesboro Police Department — 23 calls.
    University Police Department — two calls.
    Georgia State Patrol Post 45 — five calls.
    Brooklet Police — one call.
    Portal Police — one call.
    Candler County Sheriff's Department — eight calls.

    Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Tuesday:
    Statesboro Fire Department — five calls.
    Bulloch County volunteer firefighters — four calls.
    Metter Fire Department — two calls.
        
911 EMS Reports
    Central 911 operators dispatched the following call Tuesday:
    Bulloch County EMS — two accident calls, a fire call and 16 medical calls.       Candler County EMS — four medical calls.  
    Evans County EMS — one accident call and two medical calls.    
    Central 911 operators also routed  a call to Bryan County 911, a call to Effingham County 911 and a call to Jeff Davis County 911.
