Statesboro Police Arrests
    James Anthony Smith Jr., 20, Daniel siding Loop, Richmond Hill — theft by shoplifting, wanted person, giving false information.
    
Bulloch Sheriff's Arrests
    Wednesday and Thursday arrests will be published Saturday.
    
Georgia State Patrol Arrests
    Troopers issued eight traffic violation citations Wednesday.
          
Georgia Southern University Arrests
    Todd Michael Johnson, 19, Brannen Hall — theft by taking.
    Officers issued one traffic violation citation Wednesday.
           
Statesboro Police Incidents
    WILDWOOD CIRCLE — Lifelink contacted police to assist EMS with a woman having trouble breathing. The 67—year—old woman was taken to the hospital after initial treatment.    
    SOUTH MULBERRY STREET — A notebook, $3, an MP3 player and arm strap, a backpack and textbook were taken from a car.
    WAL—MART — A man caught stealing ink cartridges was arrested on shoplifting charges as well as giving false information and outstanding warrants in other counties.
    VARSITY APARMENTS — A man said a woman called his cell phone six times in a harassing manner.
    
Bulloch County Sheriff's Incidents
    BANKS DAIRY ROAD — (Statesboro) A man reported the theft of two shotguns from his home.
    MORGAN ROAD — (Statesboro) A man reported the theft of a front end loader bucket.
    PRETORIA—RUSHING ROAD — (Statesboro) A man said someone stole money, a hand gun and jewelry from his home after kicking in the backdoor.
    In a separate incident, a woman said a glass table in her living room was broken, but there was no sign of anyone breaking into her home.
    JIM FUTCH ROAD — (Pembroke) Deputies responded to a cal about     two juveniles fighting.
    GA. 46 — (Statesboro) A woman said someone broke a screen door pane.
    ALLEN CIRCLE — (Statesboro) A woman argued with her daughter after she asked the younger woman to move out of her home.
    INTERSTATE 16 — (Statesboro area) — A man left a white 1990 Dodge Dynasty on the side of the road due to a bad water pump, and two weeks later, when he returned it was gone.
    TOMKIN DRIVE — (Statesboro) A man said an unknown male struck him with his fist.
    PONDEROSA ROAD — (Portal) A woman said she and a man argued over family issues.
    LANGSTON CHAPEL ROAD — (Statesboro) A woman told deputies someone damaged her car.
    HOOD LOOP ROAD — (Pembroke) A man reported a trimmer stolen and an unknown substance poured into a lawn mower gas tank.
    BROOKLET—LEEFIELD ROAD — (Brooklet) A man reported the theft of a Smith and Wesson hand gun.
    LINDSAY COURT — (A man complained about neighbors being noisy.
    OLD REGISTER ROAD — (Statesboro) A man reported two rocking chairs stolen form his porch.
    
Georgia State Patrol Incidents
    Troopers issued 12 warnings and investigated two crashes Wednesday that resulted in no reported injuries.
        
Georgia Southern University Incidents
    Officers assisted five motorists, assisted one sick person, responded to two alarms, responded to a drug complaint at Southern Courtyard and Southern Pines, and investigated four accidents Wednesday.
     PHYSICALPLANT — A camera was taken from a desk.
     HENDERSON LIBRARY — Someone reported a bicycle stolen.

    Central 911 dispatchers issued the following calls Wednesday:
    Bulloch County Sheriff's Department— six calls.
    Statesboro Police Department— 20 calls.
    University Police Department —three calls.
    Georgia State Patrol — two calls.
    Candler County Sheriff's Department — one call.
    Brooklet Police Department — one call.

    Central 911 dispatchers issued the following calls Wednesday:
    Metter Fire Department — two calls.
    Statesboro Fire Department— two calls.
          
911 EMS Reports
    Central 911 dispatchers issued the following calls Wednesday:
    Bulloch County EMS — two accident calls and 14 medical calls.
    Candler County EMS — three medical calls.
    Evans County EMS — three medical calls.
    Central 911 dispatchers also routed the following calls day:  a call to the Bulloch County coroner, two calls to the Georgia Forestry Commission, two calls to Bulloch County First Responders, and a call to Tattnall County 911.
