Bulloch Sheriff's Arrests   
    James Donald Hitchcock, 41, Dead End Road, Ellabell — possession and use of a drug-related object.
    David Edward Swint, 40,  Ga. 119, Brooklet — no insurance, failure to obey traffic control device, cracked wind shield, probation violation.
    Tammy Lee Skinner, 37, Bird Road — first degree cruelty to children.
    Anthony M. Wierzbicki, 53, Williams Road — public intoxication, obstruction.
    Ruth Logan Collins, 52, Grimshaw Road — disorderly conduct, obstruction of an officer, probation violation.
    Valanti Tyrone Budgett, 21, Bermuda Run Apartments — driving with a suspended or revoked license, giving a false identity to law enforcement officers, probation violation.
    
Georgia State Patrol Arrests

    Troopers issued 25 traffic violation citations Thursday.
    
Georgia Southern University Arrests

        Shamonka L. Harden, 21,  Chance Mobile Home Park —  DUI, speeding and open-container violation.
          Officers issued four traffic citations Thursday.
    
Statesboro Police Incidents   
    GNC/STATESBORO MALL — A woman said three times, someone has removed nutritional supplements from their containers, leaving the empty containers on the shelf.
    EASTVIEW APARTMENTS — A man said someone took a blower from his truck.
    KMART — A pharmacy employee reported a suspicious prescription that appeared to be altered.
    PLAYERS CLUB APARTMENTS — A company called "Hustle Hard    Entertainment" was cited for distributing fliers advertising an event at club Apex, which was done without permission and was in violation of city ordinance. In a separate incident, a woman said a man sent her a text-message, harassing her. The man told police she owed him money.
    HARVEY'S/NORTHSIDE DRIVE WEST — An employee reported prescription forms that were suspicious.
    NORTH AVENUE — A woman said someone broke her doors open, punched holes in the walls, poured chocolate syrup everywhere and took a box containing $1,000.
    RETRIEVERS — A man said four men jumped him and a friend after asking where the complainant was from. When the victims said Texas, the four attacked, he said.
        
Bulloch Sheriff's Incidents   
    EMIT GROVE ROAD — (Nevils) A man reported the theft of a .22 rifle from a truck.
    SHEPPARD LUMBER — (Brooklet) A man fell from a crane beam, suffering serious injuries, after he tried to climb across them in order to turn off a valve.
    In a separate incident, a man said another male kicked him during an argument.
    RODIE CIRCLE — (Statesboro) An Excelsior Electric Membership Corporation employee reported a woman used a stolen meter to reconnect electricity at her home.
    ASH BRANCH CHURCH ROAD — A man reported someone pried open his back door.
    PEBBLESTONE TRAIL — (Statesboro) A woman said her husband became angry when she spoke of divorce and pulled a phone from a wall when she tried calling her daughter. When deputies arrived, the man agreed to leave, and packed his clothing. He got into the deputy's patrol car to be taken to another location, but he "shot a bird" at he woman and began cursing her, threatening to come back, so the deputy arrested him.
    CLYDE'S MARKET #74 — (Statesboro) A woman called deputies to report a fight in which she was involved. She said  man attacked her and tried to pull out her braids.
    DELOACH CHURCH ROAD — (Pembroke) A woman said another female harassed her by calling constantly.
    LANDINGS WAY — (Statesboro) A man told deputies someone damaged his mail box - for the third time.
    MILL BRANCH CLUB ROAD — (Brooklet) A woman said she was in the bathroom when she heard someone knocking. She went to the living room and saw a woman, who said she was looking for a specific person,standing inside her home. The offender left after apologizing, but the victim later discovered her back door had been pried open.
    RACCOON KEY DRIVE — (Ellabell) An Excelsior Electric Membership Corporation employee said a man tampered with an electric box and connected electricity without permission or knowledge of the company.
    PULASKI ROAD — (Statesboro) A child found a can of pepper spray and activated it, causing evacuation of the building and difficulty in breathing for some folks affected.
        
Georgia State Patrol Incidents   
    Troopers issued 35 warnings, assisted three motorists and investigated three accidents with one reported injury Thursday.
    
Georgia Southern University Incidents
     EAGLE VILLAGE — Someone reported a fight.
         Officers issued 12 traffic warnings,  assisted seven motorists and responded to one fire alarm Thursday.

    Bulloch County Sheriff's Department - eight calls.
     Statesboro Police Department —  17 calls.
    Georgia State Patrol Post 45 — one call.
    Brooklet Police — two calls.
