Bulloch Sheriff's Arrests   
    Hector Bosbely Lopez Saucedo, 24, Sandpiper Drive — speeding, no insurance, no driver's license.
    Charles Wesley McDaniel,23, Greenbriar Apartments — simple battery.
    Tommy Lynn Hughes, 46, Frances Lane — DUI, speeding.
    Henry Mitchell Marsh, 36, no physical address listed (Statesboro)  — open container, obstruction, giving a false identity to law enforcement, failure to appear in court (Bryan County).
    Issace Jerome Mobley, 30, Forest Estates — probation violation (state court and superior court).
    Romano Tyrone Young, 30, Wallace Wiggins Lane — failure to maintain lane, driving with a suspended or revoked license.
    
Georgia State Patrol Arrests
     Joe Sullivan, 53, Ga. 46 East, Metter — DUI (refused test).
    Troopers issued 14 traffic violation citations Tuesday.
    
Georgia Southern University Arrests
       Officers issued three traffic citations Tuesday.
    
Statesboro Police Incidents   
    CAMBRIDGE APARTMENTS PARKING LOT — A man reported a book bag and books were taken from his tool box in his truck.
    SIMMONS LANE — A man said someone took 20 five-gallon buckets of joint compound.
    BULLOCH BODY AND PAINT — A man said he entered a verbal agreement  to purchase a vehicle lift for $1000. He paid $600, with the remainder to be paid upon delivery. He said the seller sold the item and has not returned his money.
                 
Bulloch Sheriff's Incidents   
    MUD ROAD — (Brooklet) Deputies responding to a report of two cars chasing a third listened to     a woman who said drivers of a white truck and a white Jeep tried to run her off the road. Deputies questioned the drivers, a mother and her sob, who gave statements that they did try to get the complainant to stop. Sheriff's reports did not give details regarding why the two wanted the complainant to stop, but did include the fact that they were arrested on charges of aggressive driving and reckless driving.
    GA. 119 — (Stilson) A man told deputies a woman stopped in front of his house and shouted profanities at him. She also called him with threats, he said. The woman was served criminal trespass.
    FAST AND EASY — (Statesboro) A man said a woman stole a map from the store. Deputies charged the female with theft by shoplifting, disorderly conduct, criminal trespass, and cocaine possession.
    BURKHALTER ROAD — (Statesboro) A woman said someone damaged her mail box by striking it with a vehicle.
    WORLD WIDE WEB — A Statesboro woman went to the Sheriff's office to complain  that her ex-boyfriend, from Brooklet, posted "false and harsh statements" on his "My Space" account regarding her. She said he also harasses her at school and by phone.
    BULLOCH COUNTY SHERIFF"S DEPARTMENT — A Statesboro woman made a report regarding harassment by a Northlake Drive woman. She told deputies the offender visits her at work and makes comments about the complainant living with the offender's husband, from whom she is legally separated. The alleged offender denied the accusations.
    WINDING WAY — (Statesboro) A woman said she received a call from an unknown man who asked "What's on your mind? Are you interested? What are you doing?" She said the call made her uneasy.
    PAMELA WAY — (Statesboro) A woman said her "man friend" engaged in a physical confrontation and he struck her.
    BUCK CREEK ROAD — (Statesboro) A man said his former daughter-in-law came to his home, yelling and screaming at his son. She spun her wheels in the yard before leaving when he would not come outside with her. She was angry because he would not help pay for school pictures for their children, reports stated.
    GRIMSHAW LANE — (Brooklet) A man reported a motorcycle stolen from his shed.
    KYLE SORRELL ROAD — (Clito) A woman said a Florida man injured her niece during an altercation. The woman was taken to Evans County Hospital for treatment of wrist injuries. The offender admitted snatching her by the wrist and was charged with battery. He was also questioned about his sex offender status in Florida and turned over to sheriff's investigators in charge of such matters.
    LAWRENCE CHURCH ROAD — (Pembroke) A man said someone pried open his back door
    In a separate incident, another man reported someone pried on his door, but did not get inside.
    ROCKY FORD ROAD — (Portal) A woman said a man who borrowed a truck for driving to work  has not returned the vehicle.
    OLD McKELVEEN ROAD — (Brooklet) A man said his father tried to strike him during an argument over something that happened the day before.
    
Georgia State Patrol Incidents   
     Troopers issued 29 warnings and investigated three accidents with two reported minor injuries Tuesday.
    
Georgia Southern University Incidents
    COLLEGE OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION — Someone reported receiving  harassing phone calls.
         Officers issued two traffic  warnings, and assisted two motorists, one sick person and one injured  person Tuesday.
    
911  Law Enforcement Reports
    Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Tuesday:
    Bulloch County Sheriff's Department - seven calls.
     Statesboro Police Department —  13 calls.
    University Police Department- one call.
    Georgia State Patrol Post 45 — two calls.
    Candler County Sheriff's Department — one call.
    Evans County Sheriff's Department —  three calls.
    
911 Fire Department Reports
    Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Tuesday:
    Statesboro Fire Department — six calls.
    Bulloch County volunteer firefighters — three calls.
    
    911 EMS Reports
    Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls  Tuesday:
    Bulloch County EMS — one accident call, a fire call and 13 medical calls.   
    Candler County EMS — one accident call and three medical calls.  
    Evans County EMS — three medical calls.    
    
    Animal Shelter Reports
    The Statesboro-Bulloch County Animal Shelter received the following animals during the week of Sept. 25-30: four dogs abandoned at the shelter, five dogs and 11 cats surrendered by citizens, a puppy and three litters totaling eight kittens.
    Also, 17 dogs and three cats brought in by Bulloch County Humane Enforcement and three dogs and two cats brought in by Statesboro City Animal Control.
    Bulloch Humane Enforcement officers Christopher Ivey and Joey Sanders responded to a call about a raccoon, and issued 13 citations and 23 warnings for offenses including failure to vaccinate for rabies and nuisance animal.
    The shelter found homes through adoption for 12 dogs and five cats. Pets and People pet shop held an adoption event that found homes for two dogs and a cat. Three dogs were returned to owners. Seventeen dogs were euthanized.
    The shelter collected $700 in adoption fees, $20 in surrender fees, $100 in fines for returning dogs to owners,  and $45 in donations, according to shelter manager Wendy Joiner.
