Statesboro Police Arrests          

            Christi Lynn Barnes, 18, GSU address — theft by shoplifting.

            Ray Anthony Mclemore, 47, North College Street — family violence -  simple battery.

             Roosevelt Clark III, 23, North College Street — family violence - battery.

            Emanuel Rossell Hill, 25, West Jones Avenue — driving while unlicensed, no proof of insurance.

            Elaine Wilkes Brantley, 46, Shipyard Road, Savannah — seat belt violation, wanted person.

             Troy Lee Powell, 53, Van Buren Street — aggravated assault.

            An Hong Doan, 19, Harvey Drive — theft by shoplifting.

            Garry Allen Odgen Jr.,m 20, Rays Road, Stone Mountain — improper use of lane, DUI under 21.

            Calvin R. Spann, 17, Pretoria Rushing Road — underage possession of alcohol, obstruction, possession/use of a drug-related object.

            Antron Lamont Dixon, 23, Howard Street, Wrens — possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

Georgia State Patrol Arrests

            Stephen Swinchett, 18, Peachtree City — DUI (refused test).

            Jordan Parrish, 18, Rocky Ford Road, Portal — DUI (.134).

            Renso Allegra, 24,  Pintail Lane — DUI (refused test).

            Saturday, troopers issued 10 traffic violation citations.

            Sunday, troopers issued 34 citations for traffic violations.

Statesboro Police Incidents      

            WAL-MART — A woman concealed several cosmetics and beauty items and tried leaving without paying for them.

            NORTH COLLEGE STREET — A man and his stepson argued and fought physically over what the stepson's mother, the other man's wife, was doing on a computer. Both were arrested.

            WOODLAND DRIVE — A man said his entertainment center drawers were damaged and there were marks on his bedroom door  where it appeared someone entered his apartment.

            WAN BUREN STREET — A man told police a man he knows pulled a knife on him during an altercation and cut him several times. The offender was charged with aggravated assault.

            BELK — A woman was caught shoplifting clothing and shoes.

            MIKE ANN DRIVE — A woman said an unknown man approached her, touched her on the hip and asked for a ride. When she declined, he threatened "you going to or else," but then fled on foot.

                                   

Bulloch Sheriff's Incidents        

            ROCKY FORD ROAD — (Portal) A woman told deputies her husband has removed several items form their home against court orders (pending divorce).

            U.S. 3012 NORTH — A woman said someone damaged the back of her son's boat parked on her property.

            FIVE CHOP ROAD — (Clito) A man said his mother came to his and his father's home and harassed him, then tampered with a vehicle. She also left several harassing messages by phone.

            GA. 46 — (Brooklet) A woman reported someone entered her vehicle and took a purse and wallet.

                       

Georgia State Patrol Incidents  

            Friday, troopers issued seven warnings, assisted four motorists, and investigated three crashes with one reported fatality.

            Saturday, troopers issued 33 warnings, assisted four motorists, and investigated three crashes with four reported injuries.

            Statesboro Fire Department — three calls.

            Bulloch County volunteer firefighters — 0ne call.

            Claxton Fire Department — one call.

911 EMS Reports

            Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Friday:

            Bulloch County EMS — 10 medical calls.  

            Candler County EMS — four medical calls. 

            Evans County EMS — six medical calls.    

            Central 911 operators also routed  a call to First Responders, a call to Effingham County 911, two calls to Bryan County 911, a call to Toombs county 911 and a call to Laurens County 911.

           

            Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Saturday:

            Bulloch County EMS — one accident call, one rescue call and 15 medical calls.  

            Candler County EMS — six medical calls. 

            Evans County EMS — no medical calls.   

            Central 911 operators also routed one call to First Responders, three calls to Bryan County 911, two calls to Screven County 911, a call to the Bulloch county correctional Institution, a call to Emanuel County 911, a call to Toombs County 911, a call to Tattnall County 911 and two calls to Bulloch County Humane Enforcement.
