When the victim pulled over to talk to the driver of the other vehicle, two men jumped out of the car, started cursing at the driver then got into a physical altercation. The driver told a different story: that the alleged victim was driving too close and bumped him when the driver tapped on his brakes. There was no visible damage to either vehicle.
