Bulloch Sheriff's Arrests   
      Crystal Dawn Lane, 26, Winding Way — criminal attempt to manufacture methamphetamine.
    Gary Inman Frawley, 37, U.S. 80 East, Brooklet — criminal attempt to manufacture methamphetamine.
    William Joseph Stansbury, 33, Emit Grove Road — criminal attempt to manufacture methamphetamine, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, probation violation.
    Gregory Jerome Sapp, 33, Grady Street, Millen — entering auto.
    
United States Marshal Service Arrests
    Lisa Brannen Andrus, 39, Lilly Creek Road — hindering the apprehension of a criminal.
    Ricky James Mixon, 47, Dallas Bluff Road, Townsend — probation violation,criminal trespass, theft by taking, obstruction, reckless conduct, furnishing alcohol to underage persons, cruelty to children.    
   
Georgia State Patrol Arrests
    Troopers issued four traffic violation citations Thursday.
    
Georgia Southern University Arrests
      Kevan Glynn Patterson, 18, Brannen Hall — underage possession/consumption of alcohol.
       
Statesboro Police Incidents   
    VALLEY ROAD — A woman said someone broke a lock on her fence and moved her trash can.
    CAMPUS CLUB APARTMENTS — A woman said a female calls her and harasses her about a previous fight.
    STATESBORO PLACE APARTMENTS — A woman reported a wallet taken during a party.
    EAST OLLIFF STREET — Police responded to a domestic dispute  that occurred after a man and wife argued over where she had been and the fact that she refused to give him money.
    GEORGIA AVENUE — A woman said she heard loud noises (bangs) and discovered her door broken.
    
Bulloch Sheriff's Incidents   
    CORRECTION/SOUTHEAST BULLOCH HIGH SCHOOL — (Brooklet) In Friday's Statesboro Herald, reports incorrectly listed a father making a threat to a school faculty member because he was angry over his son being kicked off the football team. The faculty member was actually the one who made the threat, asking the father to "step outside" to resolve the issue.  
    CLYDE'S MARKET/U.S. 301 NORTH — (Statesboro) A woman told deputies she met a man and exchanged phone numbers with him. They spoke on the phone and decided to meet again. When they did, a female pulled up yelling at the complainant, stating the man was her husband and wanted to know what was going on. The man's alleged wife started a physical fight with the complainant, and has since been calling her, harassing her, the complainant said.
    MILLER STREET EXTENSION — (Statesboro) A woman reported damage to a banner.
    NEVILS-GROVELAND ROAD — (Nevils) A woman said her doctor advised her not to be around cats due to a medical problem, but her husband refuses to put the cats out of the house. She said she left because of this, and her husband calls her with threats to shoot her and h himself if she does not come home. She said she fears him because he has struck her in the past.
    COACH HOUSE ESTATES — (Statesboro) A woman said three juveniles beat her juvenile son. Neighbors saw the fight and stopped it, but the juvenile victim was taken to the hospital for injuries sustained in the attack.
    LAKEVIEW ROAD — (Statesboro) A man said someone shot his porch with paint ball guns, punching a hole in vinyl siding.
    CEDARWOOD ACRES MOBILE HOME PARK — (Register) A woman said a man with whom she broke up became irate and choked her, slapped her and pushed her around,  using vulgar language. The victim said she is four months pregnant and the offender knew that when he struck her.
    DOY NEWTON'S MOBILE HOME PARK — (Clito) A woman said she and another had just engaged in a violent verbal confrontation, with one woman stating " I told that little (expletive deleted) if she didn't get out I was gonna put that claw hammer over there between her .... eyes!" Deputies arrested the complainant on charges of maintaining a disorderly house because records show deputies have been to her home five times in recent months, regarding three different domestic disturbances.
        
Georgia State Patrol Incidents   
    Troopers issued one warning and investigated one crash with no reported injuries Thursday.
    
Georgia Southern University Incidents
     RUSSELL UNION — Someone reported being harassed.
    EAGLE VILLAGE — Someone reported a Play Station and an Xbox were taken.
         Officers assisted four motorists and one injured person Thursday.

    Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Thursday:
    Bulloch County Sheriff's Department - 12 calls.
     Statesboro Police Department — eight calls.
    Georgia State Patrol Post 45 — 0 calls.
    Brooklet Police — four calls.
    Candler County Sheriff's Department — two calls.
    Evans County Sheriff's Department —  one call.

    Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Thursday:
    Bulloch County Volunteer firefighters — one call.
        
911 EMS Reports
    Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Thursday:
    Bulloch County EMS — one accident call and 10  medical calls.   
    Candler County EMS — no calls.  
    Evans County EMS — four medical calls.    
    Central 911 operators also routed the following calls Thursday: a call to Effingham County 911 and a call to Bulloch County Humane Enforcement.
