Georgia State Patrol Arrests
    Troopers issued 13 traffic violation citations Friday, four Saturday and four Sunday.
     Murray J. Bates, 53, Rebel Road, Carthage NC — DUI (refused test).

Georgia Southern University Arrests
    Officers issued one traffic citation Friday and one Saturday.
    Jonathan Travis Swaim, 19, Bermuda Run — theft by taking.
    Wesley Brian Huggins, Bermuda Run — theft by taking.
    
Statesboro Police Incidents
    ST. CHARLES PLACE — A man reported a CD player stolen after someone broke his car window.
    SAVANNAH AVENUE — A resident reported someone put toilet paper, silly string and chocolate syrup on her porch and lawn.
     COPPER BEECH APARTMENTS — A man reported clothing, sun glasses, a GPS unit and cell phone charger taken from his car.
    BEASLEY ROAD — Someone put corn meal and chocolate syrup on a car.
    THE SHOE DEPARTMENT — Someone passed two counterfeit $10 bills.
    GENTILLY ROAD — Someone stole $60 in change, a 16 gauge shotgun, a 20 gauge shotgun and a .22 rifle.
    STATESBORO HIGH SCHOOL — Two teens fought, and one kicked the other in the head, causing a laceration.
    PARK AVENUE — A man reported a watch, lap top computer and GPS unit stolen from his vehicle.

    Incidents occurring over last weekend will be published Wednesday.

Georgia State Patrol Incidents
    FRIDAY _ Troopers issued 27 warnings and investigated three accidents.
    SATURDAY — Troopers issued 18 warnings and investigated one accident.
    SUNDAY — Troopers issued 18 warnings and  investigated two accidents.

Georgia Southern University Incidents
    FRIDAY — Officers issued two traffic warnings, assisted two motorists and assisted one sick person.
    SATURDAY — Officers issued three traffic warnings, assisted four motorists, assisted another agency and responded to two alarms.
    SUNDAY — Officers assisted three motorists.
    SOUTHERN PINES — A bicycle was reported stolen.
