Statesboro Police Arrests    
     Joshua George Hepokoski, 29, South Wynn Road — interference with government property.
    
Bulloch Sheriff's Arrests   
      Jessica Leigh Robinson, 26, Crosswinds Drive — no proof of insurance, window tint violation.
    Adrian Dewayne Hines, 20, Pamela Way — driving with a suspended or revoked license.
    Cliff Robert Dodson, 24, Park Place Apartments — no driver's license.
    Edgar Hiram Wilson II, 20, Britney Corner, Marietta — possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, expired tag.
    Francisco Lopez Cordero, 36, Ga. 46, Register — driving while unlicensed.
    Mark Anthony Smith, 38, Hunnicutt Drive — DUI.
    Whitney Jevon Skillon, 25, N. Clark Street, Claxton — expired tag, no insurance, driving with a suspended or revoked license.
    Jose Luis Solis Jr., 19, Thunder Road, Claxton — expired tag, no driver's license, altered tag, improper transfer of plate.
    Jhabarus Hasaan Hall, 28, Flemish Court — marijuana possession.
    Venancio Gregorio Hernandez, 31, Quaaco Road, Savannah — no driver's license.
    Cortez Jovan Reed, 24, Harvey Drive — driving with a suspended or revoked license.
    Deon Oleg Baptiste, 23, Knight Drive — probation violation.
    
Georgia State Patrol Arrests
     Troopers issued 11 traffic violation citations Thursday.
    
Georgia Southern University Arrests
      Officers issued six traffic citations Thursday.
      
Statesboro Police Incidents   
    STATESBORO HIGH SCHOOL — Two juvenile males were caught fighting in the hallway.
    EAST GEORGIA REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER —  A man was charged with interference with government property after he kicked out a patrol car window.
    MORRIS STREET — A man said he was walking when 20 men tried to start a fight with him. After a brief physical tussle, he fled, he said.
    BROAD STREET — A man said someone cut his vehicle tire.
    SOMERSET APARTMENTS — A woman said a man with a flashlight rang her doorbell "feverishly," but apologized when she answered and then left.
    WILDWOOD VILLAS  — A man called police when a man and woman started fighting underneath his window.
    PARK PLACE APARTMENTS — A woman said another female calls her to harass her about a man.
    
Bulloch Sheriff's Incidents   
    KIWANIS OGEECHEE FAIRGROUNDS — (Statesboro) A woman said two people injured their ankles while on a swing ride  during the fair.
    In a separate incident, deputies stopped two juvenile males from fighting and ordered them and others with them to leave the area. One offender walked off cursing, and a deputy ordered him to leave the fairgrounds because "no trouble was going to be tolerated." The deputy escorted him to the exit gate, and the juvenile cursed him, resulting in his being hand cuffed and arrested. He still continued to curse and utter racial slurs to deputies.
    COWBOY WAY — (Portal) A woman told deputies she saw a female "toilet papering" her yard, and listed a suspect.
    SIMONS ROAD — (Statesboro) A woman said a juvenile in the home was talking back, being unruly and running around on top of the roof. Deputies contacted his caseworker, who told him to take the child to the emergency room for evaluation.
    GA. 24 — (Statesboro) A man said a Sylvania woman had a key to his home and kept coming over uninvited., in spite of a judge's orders that he stay away from her.
    GA. 67 — (Statesboro) A man said someone tipped over his lawn chairs and tables, plundered in his shed and tipped over a motorcycle.
    In a separate incident, a man reported the theft of a blue 2005 Yamaha with a number "8" on each side.
    CHERRYWOOD DRIVE — (Ellabell) A man said someone used his identity to open a credit account.
    COUNTRY CLUB ROAD — (Statesboro) A woman said an Athens man took a load of cinder blocks from her property.
    TERRA BOULEVARD — (Brooklet) A woman said a man she knows came to her property without permission and only left when she called deputies. She said he calls her continuously and uses vulgar language, and she fears he may cause her harm. She said he has come to her job and tried to pull her from her car.
    PARKER DRIVE — (Statesboro) A woman said a neighbor comes to her home and accuses her of having an inappropriate relationship with the offender's husband.
        
Georgia State Patrol Incidents   

    Troopers issued five warnings and investigated seven crashes with a total of four injuries Thursday.
    
Georgia Southern University Incidents
    OLYMPIC BOULEVARD — A female student reported that she was sexually assaulted by an  acquaintance at the Sigma Alpha Epsilon House. The
 incident is being investigated by the University Office of Public Safety
 Criminal Investigations Division.
  LAKESIDE CAFE — A complainant said a bottle of prescription drugs was taken from a purse.
         Officers issued five traffic warnings,  assisted four motorists and responded to one fire alarm Thursday.

    Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Thursday:
    Bulloch County Sheriff's Department - nine calls.
     Statesboro Police Department — 18 calls.
    Georgia State Patrol Post 45 — four calls.
    Candler County Sheriff's Department — three calls.
    Evans County Sheriff's Department —  three calls.
    Claxton Police — one call.

    Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Thursday:
    Statesboro Fire Department — one calls.
    Bulloch County Volunteer firefighters — two calls.
    Metter Fire Department — one call.
        
911 EMS Reports
    Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Thursday:
    Bulloch County EMS — two accident calls, one rescue call and 20 medical calls.   
    Candler County EMS — one accident call and two medical calls.  
    Evans County EMS — one accident call.    
    Central 911 operators also routed the following calls Thursday:  a call to Screven County 911 and a call to LifeStar helicopter.
