Statesboro Police Arrests    
    No arrests filed.
Bulloch Sheriff's Arrests   
    Norman McCullough, 38, D. Watson Road, Metter — expired tag, no driver's license.
    Richard Leon Smith, 49, Terry Avenue, Anderson, S.C. — public intoxication.
    James Russell Haire, 38, Allison Lane — DUI, open container.
    Karen Lewis Anderson, 38, Colfax Road West — obstruction, giving a false identity to law enforcement officers, public intoxication.
    Conwada Tureka Williams, 28, Broad Street, Claxton — disorderly conduct.
Portal Police Arrests
    Roy Edward Woods, 55, Railroad Street, Portal — third offense theft by shoplifting, criminal trespass.
Georgia State Patrol Arrests
    Joel Shannon Birch, 63, Parrish Road  — DUI (pending test results).
     Troopers issued 13 traffic violation citations Tuesday.
Georgia Southern University Arrests
       Maurice Michael Hall, 25, Swainsboro — wanted person (probation violation, burglary, aggravated stalking).
         Michael Wayne McCrary, 28, East View Apartments — public intoxication and disorderly conduct.
  Officers issued one traffic citation Tuesday.
Statesboro Police Incidents   
    BUDGET APARTMENTS — A man and woman argued over possession of a television.
    CAMPUS CLUB APARTMENTS — A woman told police someone threw a fish bowl on her car. In a separate incident, a man told police another man made threats towards him via the Internet and told him in person he would "get him alone" because of an argument over a photograph of the complainant and several women, including the offender's girlfriend.
    CAMBRIDGE APARTMENTS — Police responded to a call about two female roommates fighting physically.  In a separate incident, a woman said a man called her several times, harassing her about meeting him.    
    LOVETT STREET — A complainant reported a green beach cruiser bicycle stolen.
    JARROD'S USED CARS — A man said someone removed his truck tail gate.
    LEWIS STREET — A woman said someone entered through a window and took a Play Station II and controller.
    PARK PLACE APARTMENTS — Two complainants filed separate reports stating someone took stereos from their vehicles.
    W. A. BRAGG & CO. — A man said someone cut a hole in a fence and took over $7,000 worth of building materials.
    VARSITY LODGE — A woman said her daughter calls her and harasses her, and spreads rumors about her medical condition and mental state.
    CHURCH STREET — A mother and her teenage daughter engaged in physical combat when the mother disciplined the child, a juvenile brother told police.
Bulloch Sheriff's Incidents   
    SURREY LANE — (Statesboro) A woman called deputies about an altercation between herself and a Country Walk man. Deputies  charged him with battery.        
    JESSICA LANE —     A woman said an unknown person spray painted in red letters an obscene threat onto her car. The car also had a flat tire, she said.
    CAWANA ROAD — A woman said she was visiting a man's residence, and was alone when her nephew came uninvited and relentlessly asked her for sex.
    TWIN FORKS ROAD — (Nevils) A man said a neighbor refuses to stop using a lane on the complainant's property.
    SOUTHEAST BULLOCH HIGH SCHOOL — (Brooklet) An administrator called deputies after two juveniles were found fighting in the boys' bathroom.
    GA. 46 — (Register) A woman said a Kennedy Bridge Road man repeatedly calls and leaves her messages after being told to stop. He also came to her home at 2 a.m. and knocked before leaving, and called her employer to start a rumor that she is HIV positive.
    U. S. 301 SOUTH — (Statesboro) A man said someone took a TV and remote from his home.
    G. W. OLIVER ROAD — (Statesboro) A woman told deputies her boyfriend became upset and spun wheels in her yard when she refused to go for a ride with him.
    LANDINGS PARKWAY — (Statesboro Deputies responded to a call from Central 911 and found a man with blood on his face who said he had fought with unknown offenders.
    COCKATOO DRIVE — (Statesboro) A man said his step daughter yelled, cursed and pushed him during an argument.
    ANTIQUE ALLEY — (Register) A man said his dogs woke him and he saw a man on his back steps holding a flashlight.
    OLD GROVELAND ROAD — (Nevils) A woman said someone damaged her back door by prying a latch.
    CEDARWOOD ACRES MOBILE HOME PARK — (Register) A woman reported several juveniles were throwing rocks as passing cars.
Georgia State Patrol Incidents   
     Troopers issued 34 warnings, assisted two motorists, and investigated two crashes with two reported injuries Tuesday.
Georgia Southern University Incidents
    WINBURN HALL — Someone reported a bicycle was taken.
         JOHNSON HALL — Someone said a book was taken from the building.
         RECREATION ACTIVITY CENTER — Complainants reported a cell phone and a set of keys were taken from the building.
  ADMINISTRATIVE ANNEX — A golf cart was taken from the building.
         RUSSELL UNION — Someone reported a wallet missing.
         TALONS GRILLE  — A complainant said three people left without paying for their food.
         Officers issued two traffic warnings,  assisted nine motorists and responded to two fire alarms Tuesday.

    Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Tuesday:
    Bulloch County Sheriff's Department - 11 calls.
     Statesboro Police Department —  six calls.
     Georgia State Patrol Post 45 — three calls.
     Candler County Sheriff's Department — four calls.
    Evans County Sheriff's Department —  no calls.
911 Fire Department Reports
    Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Tuesday:
    Statesboro Fire Department — two calls.
    Bulloch County volunteer firefighters — one call.
    Metter Fire Department — one call.
911 EMS Reports
    Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls  Tuesday:
    Bulloch County EMS — one accident call, one rescue call and eight medical calls.   
    Candler County EMS — one accident call and four medical calls.  
    Evans County EMS — one medical call.    
    Operators also routed the following calls Tuesday: one call to Emanuel County 911, one call to Bryan County 911 and a call to the Bulloch County Correctional Institution.
