Statesboro Police Arrests    
      Michael Shawn Corning, 23, Oak Hill Drive, Covington — marijuana possession.
    
Bulloch Sheriff's Arrests  
    India Tenishia Campbell, 21, Saxon Street, Brunswick — probation violation.
    Travis Jay Holcomb, 17, Ga. 67 — theft by taking.
    James Craig Moore, 37, Isaac Akins Road — methamphetamine possession, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
    Hank Wallis Wells, 23, Willow Lane, Brooklet — simple battery.
    Ismael Lopez Gabarette, 40, Mt. Crest Drive, Charlotte, NC — failure to secure a new resident's driver's license within 30 days.

Brooklet Police Arrests
    Cuong Van Nguyen, 48, Black Creek Church Road, Brooklet — wanted person.
    Anthony Darrell Knight, 21, Ellis Street, Metter — driving with a suspended or revoked license, no insurance, driving a vehicle with suspended registration.
      
Georgia State Patrol Arrests
    Troopers issued 10 citations Monday for traffic violations.
     James Robert Vincent, 21, Battle Parkway, Marietta — DUI (refused test).
    Jonathan Eugene Smith, 29, Buck Corbin Road, Oak Park — DUI (.088).
    Rodriguez Campos Salvador, 19, Pence Farm Road, Metter — DUI (blood alcohol percentage unavailable.)
    
Georgia Southern University Arrests
     Jason Beebe, 18, Eagle Village — theft by  taking.
         Brian D. Horne, 18, Eagle Village — theft by  taking.
         Trevor Paul Smith, 18,  Winburn Hall — theft  by taking.
  Officers issued three traffic citations Monday.
    
Statesboro Police Incidents   
    STATESBORO HERALD — A woman told police a man has sent an excess of 15 harassing e-mails since early 2005 to her work e-mail address. He recently sent more e-mails after being asked not to do so.
    EAGLE GATE APARTMENTS — A woman said she engaged in a verbal argument with a man who threatened to burn her house down.
    PLAYERS CLUB APARTMENTS — A man reported the theft of a hand made bench form his home. He told police he found it in the back of someone's pickup truck. The truck owner told officers he had not taken t he bench, but was using it, and had been doing so since someone left it at his residence.
    MCDONALDS/FAIR ROAD — A man said a woman came to the business causing a disturbance and using profanity. Police charged her with underage possession of alcohol.
    WESTLAKE DRIVE — A man said his girlfriend deleted all his contacts on his cell phone and had been calling him incessantly.
    
Bulloch Sheriff's Incidents

Georgia State Patrol Incidents   
     Troopers issued 17 warnings, assisted three motorists and investigated five accidents with four reported injuries Monday.
    
Georgia Southern University Incidents
    OLYMPIC BOULEVARD — Someone reported a vehicle was scratched.
         Officers issued seven traffic  warnings, investigated one traffic accident, assisted 11 motorists and  responded to one fire alarm Monday.

911  Law Enforcement Reports
    Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Monday:
    Bulloch County Sheriff's Department - 16 calls.
     Statesboro Police Department — 10 calls.
     Georgia State Patrol Post 45 — five calls.
    Brooklet Police — one call.
    Candler County Sheriff's Department — five calls.
    Evans County Sheriff's Department —  one calls.
    
911 Fire Department Reports
    Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Monday:
    Statesboro Fire Department — two calls.
    Bulloch County Volunteer firefighters — two calls.
    Metter Fire Department — one call.
    Metter Rescue — one call.
    
911 EMS Reports
    Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Monday:
    Bulloch County EMS — one fire call and 12  medical calls.   
    Candler County EMS — one accident call and four  medical calls.  
    Evans County EMS — one medical call.    
    Central 911 operators also routed the following calls Monday: one call to Bryan County 911, one call to Screven County 911,  a call to Life Star helicopter and two calls to first responders.
    
Animal Shelter Reports
    During the week of Nov. 1-5, the Statesboro-Bulloch County Animal Shelter received the following: a dog and two cats surrendered by citizens; two litters totaling 12 puppies and four liters totaling 11 kittens;  nine dogs and two cats brought in by Bulloch Humane Enforcement; and a dog and two cats brought in by Statesboro Animal Control.
    Bulloch County Humane Enforcement Officers Christopher Ivey and Joey Sanders responded to several calls, including two about horses, one about a bat and one about an owl. They also issued two warnings during this week.
    Shelter manger Wendy Joiner said four dogs and 10 cats were adopted to new homes from the shelter, in addition to a dog and three cats adopted by foster and rescue groups as humane adoptions to avoid euthanasia. Two dogs were returned to owners. Seven dogs were euthanized.
    The shelter received $490 in adoption fees, $20 in surrender fees, $50 in fines for returning dogs to owners, and $9 in miscellaneous monies.
