    Lonnie Joe Rock, 52, Ben Grady Collins Road — illegal transfer of tag or decal, driving with a suspended license.
    Stephen Lamont Paynes, 25, Statesboro Place Circle — discharging a firearm inside the city limits.
    Michael Lamar Deloach, 32, Highway 169, Claxton — second offense DUI.
    Ebonee Faith Hollinshead, 18, NW Church Street, Pelham — theft by shoplifting.
    Tralisea Nichole Harriell, 18, NW Welch Street, Pelham — theft y shoplifting.

Georgia State Patrol Arrests
    Troopers issued   two traffic violation citations Thursday, 12 Friday, nine  Saturday and three Sunday.
     Grady Ashley Lee,    50,  Burkhalter Road — DUI (123).
     Kellen Leon Mitchell,  26,  Christina Drive, Lawrenceville — DUI ( .096),
     Tondalaya  Brown,   26,  Harvey Drive — DUI (refused test).
     Corey Lank,  20, West  Waters Lane — DUI (refused test).
   
    Georgia Southern University Arrests
    Officers issued two traffic citations Friday and seven traffic citations Saturday.
    Layne Stelling Matthews, 20, St. Thomas Place, Macon — underage  possession/consumption of alcohol.
    Mark Layden Rosenthal, 18, Brannen Hall — DUI, driving without license and failure to notify owner upon striking an unattended vehicle.
    Deandre Daemond Stewart, 18, Oak Street, Washington — giving false information to an officer, no driver's license and failure to meet headlight requirements.
    Justin Todd Henry, 20, Bentwood Circle, Macon — underage possession/consumption of alcohol.
    Tim Patrick Pittman, 18, Brannen Hall — theft by taking.
   
Statesboro Police Incidents
    COPPER BEECH APARTMENTS — A man was arrested for discharging a gun inside city limits after someone reported shots fired.
     THE POINTE AT SOUTHERN — A vehicle window was shattered and damage done inside.
    SOUTH MULBERRY STREET — A woman said a man put her in a headlock and punched her after she rebuffed his advances.
    POJO's/WEST MAIN STREET — A woman reported two cell phones stolen from her car.
    RUSTY'S TAVERN — A woman told police a man pushed her and poured a drink on her.
    SOUTH WALNUT STREET — A woman said a man called her 28 times within a matter of hours.
    CAMBRIDGE AT SOUTHERN — A man said two men attacked hum, punching him in the face, but did not rob him.
    WAL—MART — Two females were caught stealing toiletries by putting them inside purses. Another female in a separate incident put a magazine and pants in her purse.
    QUALITY EXTERMINATING — A former employee was fired for having used a company gas card for his own vehicles. Further investigation revealed he took payments for services and never turned the money in.
    CAMPUS CROSSINGS — Someone stole a TV, Playstation 3 and game.
    BLAKEWOODS APARTMENTS —  A woman reported someone kicked in a door.
    CAMPUS CLUB APARTMENTS  — A woman said she met a man at a local hotel where she works, and he offered to buy her a new car and pay for her college. The man calls incessantly and is possessive and controlling, she said.

Georgia State Patrol Incidents
    THURSDAY — Troopers investigated  two accidents.
    FRIDAY — Troopers issued   18  warnings and investigated three accidents.
    SATURDAY — Troopers issued  two warnings and investigated three accidents.
    SUNDAY —Troopers  issued four  warning and investigated one accident.
   
Georgia Southern University Incidents
    FRIDAY — Officers issued eight traffic warnings, assisted seven motorists and responded to a drug complaint at Southern Pines.
    SATURDAY — Officers issued five traffic warnings, assisted three motorists, responded to one alarm and investigated two accidents.
    SUNDAY — Officers issued five traffic warnings, assisted two motorists, assisted another agency, assisted one sick person and responded to three alarms.
    CENTENNIAL PLACE — Several pairs of frames were taken from the Optical Center.
    Also, three X-box controllers were reported stolen.
    RECREATION ACTIVITY CENTER — Someone reported a wallet stolen.
    HANNER FIELDHOUSE — A cell phone was stolen.
    HENDERSON LIBRARY — Someone reported the theft of a book bag.
    SOUTHERN PINES APARTMENTS — A GPS system was taken from a vehicle.
    Also, a bicycle was taken from another victim, and someone reported a vehicle was keyed.
    EAGLE VILLAGE — Someone reported being harassed.
