Statesboro Police Incidents   
    UNIVERSITY BOWL — A woman told police a man grabbed her and dragged her while he drove off in his vehicle. The man was charged with aggravated battery, aggravated assault, and stalking.
    SUBWAY (Northside Drive West — A person reported receiving a counterfeit check for $69.11.
    PLAYERS CLUB — A woman said her roommate came into the bathroom screaming and cursing at her while she was taking a shower, and took the shower curtain.
    JOHNSON STREET — A complainant said someone jacked up a car and took the driver's side front wheel.
    PRETORIA RUSHING ROAD — A woman reported checks forged at three Statesboro locations.
    GARDEN DISTRICT APARTMENTS — A complainant reported the theft of $300 and two text books from a bedroom.
    GEORGIA VILLAS — During a dispute, a man threw a wooden box at an apartment door, causing damage.
    WILLINGWAY HOSPITAL — A female patient shattered a glass window with her hands.
    
Bulloch Sheriff's Incidents   
    JIM WATERS ROAD — (Nevils) A man reported 6,000 feet of fiber optic cable stolen.
    CIRCLE DRIVE — (Statesboro) A woman said her estranged husband wanted to trade cars with her, but she did not want to give up the car she had, as it had been signed over to her and the two were divorcing.
    KENDRICKS ROAD —(Brooklet) A man said a woman to whom he rented a mobile home moved out owing him about $1,000.
    BROOMSTRAW TRACE — (Ellabell) A woman told deputies her ex-boyfriend took a prescription of Lorcet pills.
    In a separate incident, a woman reported an amplifier and speakers missing from her vehicle.
    CODY LANE — (Brooklet) A man  reported 70 Norco tablets missing after having two friends over to watch a fight on TV.
    GA. 119 — (Ellabell) A woman reported finding a bean bag chair ripped open and several bags of clothing dumped on her porch.
    SOUTHEAST BULLOCH HIGH SCHOOL — (Brooklet) A woman told deputies someone has punctured her son's tire twice in a week at school.
    In a separate incident, a woman said her daughter had been harassed at school by another student through Internet web site Myspace.com.
    PINEMOUNT BOULEVARD — (Statesboro) A woman reported missing $400 from her purse and listed a Ga. 46, Pembroke woman and a West Bend Road woman as suspected offenders.
        
Georgia State Patrol Incidents   
     Troopers issued 43 warnings and investigated three crashes Monday resulting in two reported injuries and one fatality.
    
Georgia Southern University Incidents
    HENDERSON LIBRARY — Someone reported a  bicycle  taken from a bike rack.
      RECREATION ACTIVITY CENTER — Someone reported a driver’s license and a seat of keys were taken.
      COLLEGE OF EDUCATION BUILDING — A complainant told police a refrigerator was taken from outside of the building.
      SOUTHERN PINES —  A resident reported receiving threatening phone calls.
      EAGLE VILLAGE — Someone reported a stereo was taken from a vehicle in the  parking lot.
   Officers assisted three motorists Monday.
    
911  Law Enforcement Reports
    Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Monday:
    Bulloch County Sheriff's Department - eight calls.
     Statesboro Police Department — nine calls.
    Georgia State Patrol Post 45 — four calls.
    Brooklet Police — one call.
    Portal Police — one call.
    Candler County Sheriff's Department — four calls.

    Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Monday:
    Bulloch County Volunteer firefighters — three calls.

911 EMS Reports
    Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Monday:
    Bulloch County EMS — two accident calls, a rescue call and 13 medical calls.   
    Candler County EMS — two medical calls.  
    Evans County EMS — two medical calls.    
    
Animal Shelter Reports
    During the week of Nov. 6-12, the Statesboro-Bulloch County Animal Shelter received the following animals: a dog abandoned at the shelter; 16 dogs and 18 cats surrendered by citizens; a litter of six puppies surrendered; two litters totaling five kittens surrendered; 11 dogs and a cat brought in by Bulloch County Humane Enforcement; two dogs and five cats brought in by Statesboro Animal Control, and a dog brought in by Brooklet officials.
    Bulloch County Humane Enforcement officers Joey Sanders and Christopher Ivey responded to several calls and issued seven citations and six warnings for offenses including failure to comply with rabies vaccinations and nuisance animal.
    The shelter found homes for 15 dogs and eight cats through adoption, and foster or rescue groups took three dogs through humane adoptions to avoid euthanasia. Six dogs were returned to owners. A dog and a cat died at the shelter and 15 dogs and 24 cats were euthanized.
    The shelter collected $805 in adoption fees, $40 in surrender fees, $175 in fines for returning dogs to owners, and $81 in miscellaneous funds, according to shelter manager Wendy Joiner.
