     John Thomas Downard Jr., 23, High Point Road — DUI.
    Herman McClouden II, 26, Orange Street —  affray, cruelty to children.
    Terell Jemez Smith, 27, Knight Drive — affray, third degree cruelty to children.
    Christine Mincey, 44, Pine Street — second offense DUI, driving with a suspended license, window tint violation.

    Bobby Ray Williams, 52, Pamela Way — battery.

Georgia State Patrol Arrests
     Troopers issued four citations Monday for traffic violations.

Statesboro Police Incidents   
    ORANGE STREET — Police arrested two men for fighting.
    NOVA MUSIK — A person reported a forged check for $2,474.
    EAGLE WHOLESALE —  A man said he found a ladder beside the fence surrounding the business and thought it was suspicious.
    BEASLEY ROAD/NORTHSIDE DRIVE — A woman said she helped someone with a disabled vehicle and the person stole her wallet and cell phone.
    EASTVIEW APARTMENTS — A man said two people came to his home to fight with another person.
    GARFIELD STREET — A complainant said someone glued a piece of construction paper with lewd words printed on it on a car windshield.    
    EAST OLLIFF STREET — A man said his wife waved a knife at him and threatened him over a previous incident.
    
Bulloch Sheriff's Incidents   
     LUCY LANE — (Statesboro) A woman said her ex-boyfriend took some of her possessions , refuses to return a camera she loaned him and owes her money.
    PEACH ORCHARD ROAD — (Portal) A man reported t he theft of  heating/air conditioner unit.
    SOUTHBEND DRIVE — (Statesboro) A woman said two other females and a male have been harassing her. The man is her landlord and the females are her roommates, with whom she has had a "falling out." She said they throw away her food, pull a breaker that controls power to her room, and leave derogative notes for her as well as make harassing calls.
    MAY ROAD — (Ellabell) A woman told deputies she and her husband argued and he locked her out.
    
Georgia State Patrol Incidents   
    Troopers issued nine warnings and investigated five accidents with four reported injuries Monday.
    
Georgia Southern University Incidents
      OLLIFF HALL — Someone reported a wallet was taken.
    SOUTHERN PINES — Someone reported a fight.
    In a separate incident, two residents reported that someone damaged their
 door and took a laptop computer, a PlayStation, an I-pod, two DVD
 players, and several pieces of jewelry. The incident is being
 investigated by the University Office of Public Safety Criminal
 Investigations Division.
         Officers issued one traffic warning, investigated three traffic
 accidents, assisted seven motorists and responded to three fire alarms Monday.
    
Animal Shelter Reports
     During the week of Oct. 23-29, the Statesboro-Bulloch County Animal Shelter received the following animals: one cat abandoned at the shelter; 10 dogs and 22 cats surrendered by citizens; four litters totaling eight kittens; 15 dogs and four cats brought in by Bulloch Humane Enforcement; two dogs and a cat brought in by Statesboro Animal Control; and one dog from each of the following agencies - Brooklet Police, Portal Police and Georgia Southern University Police.
    Bulloch Humane Enforcement Officers Joey Sanders and Christopher Ivey responded to various calls including one about a hamster and one about a bat, and issued five citations and 29 warnings for various offenses.
    Shelter manager Wendy Joiner said seven dogs and two cats were adopted; three dogs were returned to owners, three cats died at the shelter and 23 dogs and 10 cats were euthanized during this week.
    The shelter collected $315 in adoption fees, $50 in surrender fees, $50 in fines for returning dogs to owners, and $5 in miscellaneous monies, she said.
