Statesboro Police Arrests    
    Charles Mark Smoak, 55, Wilburn Road — second offense DUI, failure to maintain lane.
    Shannon Evans, 30, West Jones Avenue — failure to appear.
    Joshua Louis Harper, 21, Harris Road — marijuana possession, DUI.
            
Bulloch Sheriff's Arrests   
    No arrests filed.
    
Georgia State Patrol Arrests
    Octavian Devon Rich, 20, Kennedy Bridge Road, Register — DUI  under 21 (.068).
    Trooper  issued 10 traffic violation citations Tuesday.
    
Georgia Southern University Arrests
      No arrests filed.
         
Statesboro Police Incidents   
    STATESBORO REGIONAL LIBRARY — A juvenile reported the thefts of a blue and gray Roadmaster bike and a blue and yellow Roadmaster bike.
    STATESBORO FAMILY PRACTICE — A woman reported the theft of a gold and diamond necklace from her purse.
    WILLINGWAY HOSPITAL — A woman told police someone entered her unsecured office and took $47 and a deposit slip from her purse.
    PARK PLACE APARTMENTS — A woman said her husband struck her in the face.
            
Bulloch Sheriff's Incidents   
    BROOMSTRAW PLACE — (Ellabell) A woman said she and her husband argued because he had been drinking  and yelled at her. She said he had been abusive and pushed her.
    SUMMERWIND PLACE — (Brooklet) A man told deputies a woman knocked on their door, and he asked her t o leave. As she did so, she stumbled and fell,  then continued down the street, knocking on several doors. Deputies responded at asked her why she was doing so, and she said she was trying to find her own home. The woman was very intoxicated, and was arrested on two outstanding warrants as well as public intoxication.
    BASS COURT — (Statesboro) A woman told deputies she and her husband engaged in a physical fight. The incident was related to an earlier report, and the incident report referred to cases of battery and third degree cruelty to children.
    JONES MILL ROAD — (Statesboro) A man told deputies another male was on his property and was not allowed there. The man ran behind a junkyard, and deputies authorized removal of his vehicle by a towing company.
    NEVILS-DENMARK ROAD — (Brooklet) A man said someone broke into his house and took a jump box and $189 in cash. The offenders also cut an air hose and water hose.
    MILLER ROAD — (Portal) A man said his grandson spun wheels in his yard and threatened to harm him and pull his mobile home off its foundation.
    STUBBS WRECKING YARD — (Statesboro) A man reported the theft of copper wire, hand tools, two air ratchets, a grinder, and a paper sander.
    U. S. 301 NORTH — (Statesboro) A woman told deputies a man keeps calling her cell phone after he was asked not to do so.
    EMIT DEAL ROAD — (Statesboro) A woman said she received a letter and a check made out to her in the amount of $4,650 from "Provider's Sweepstakes Clearinghouse," claiming she won. She had not entered any sweepstakes, so she had her bank investigate. The routing number on the check, as well as the account number, were found to be valid, but the account holder was not "Provider's Sweepstakes Clearinghouse."
    UNION CHURCH ROAD — (Register) A man reported the theft of irrigation piping and a trailer used to transport the pipe.
    BEN GRADY COLLINS ROAD — (Portal) A woman reported receiving harassing phone calls from a woman about a boy.
    OLD HAPPY ROAD — (Brooklet)  A woman said a man she knows passed her at a  high rate of speed, and when she pulled into his yard to talk to him he demanded she leave.
    
Georgia State Patrol Incidents   
    Troopers issued 26 warnings, assisted two motorists and investigated one crash with no reported injuries Tuesday.
    
Georgia Southern University Incidents
    Officers issued five traffic warnings, assisted two motorists and responded to one fire alarm Tuesday.

    Statesboro Police Department — 13 calls.
    Georgia State Patrol Post 45 — four calls.
    Brooklet Police Department — two calls.
    Candler County Sheriff's Department — six calls.
    Evans County Sheriff's Department — two calls.
    Claxton Police Department — two calls.

    Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Tuesday:
    Statesboro Fire Department — two calls.
    Bulloch County Volunteer firefighters — four calls.
    Metter Fire Department — one call.

    Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Tuesday:
    Bulloch County EMS — one fire call and 10 medical calls.   
    Candler County EMS — three  medical call.  
    Evans County EMS — three medical calls.    
    Central 911 operators also routed  a call to Bryan County 911, a call to Tattnall County 911 and two calls to Screven County 911.
