Statesboro Police Arrests    
    Avis C. Staten, 26, Park Place Apartments — battery.
    Jewel Lamar Smith, 57, U.S. 4301 North — battery.
    Ryan Joseph Rainey, 22, University Pines Apartments — criminal trespass.
    Vicki Brown, 43, Foxridge Apartments — theft by shoplifting.
    Morey Dean Ramey, 41, Parkwood Mobile Home Park — speeding, driving without a valid license.
    George Franklin Carter, 25, Oak Ridge Circle, Rincon — DUI drugs, marijuana possession, contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
                
Bulloch Sheriff's Arrests   
    Reginald Mark Williams, 25, Dawn Drive — parole violation.
    Joseph Jawan Nunnally, 19, College Lane — probation violation, underage possession of alcohol, disorderly conduct, public intoxication.
    Mark William Lank, 38, West Waters Road, Clito — probation violation.
    Gary Lee, 32, Moore Road, Portal — probation violation.
    Brenda Sprague Ebeling, 43, J. M. Royal Lane — open container, public intoxication.
    Eddie Michael Norman, 45, Pinemount Boulevard — theft by taking.
    Lawrence Ben Sherrod, 25, Akins Circle, Brooklet — contempt of court.
    Ricky Trayton Davis, 17, W. C. Hodges Road — simple battery, criminal trespass.
    Joshua Earl Roberts, 36, Pecan Mobile Home Park, Portal — probation violation.
    
Georgia State Patrol Arrests
    Troopers issued eight traffic violation citations Wednesday.

Statesboro Police Incidents   
    EAGLE COURT — Officers responding to a noise complaint discovered a man who had marijuana and was driving under the influence of drugs. He was in the company of two juveniles who also had marijuana. The older man was charged with DUI drugs, marijuana possession, contributing to the delinquency of a minor. The juveniles were charged with marijuana possession and unruly juvenile.
    COLLEGE LANE — Officers responding to a reported fight arrested a man for public intoxication and disorderly conduct.
    PARK PLACE APARTMENTS — A woman said a female struck her during an argument.
    U. S. 301 NORTH — A woman said her husband struck her and caused her to fall and hit her head on a TV stand, cutting her above the eye.
    MARSHAM DRIVE — A mother and daughter argued to the point of getting physical. The daughter pushed her finger into the mother's face and the mother pulled her daughter's hair.
    THE LODGE APARTMENTS — A man told police two men he knows - the brothers of a woman with whom he is involved - beat on his door with large sticks, causing dents.
    UNIVERSITY PLAZA — A man told police he asked another man to move a vehicle because he was blocking his vehicle. The other man pulled out a gun and said "You don't know who you're messing with."
                
Bulloch Sheriff's Incidents   
    U.S. 80 EAST —  (Statesboro) A man told deputies about a man who was sitting on his own property drinking beer and holding what appeared to be a shotgun. The complainant said he confronted the man, who loaded it and got into a car, then drove away. When deputies arrived, he returned, but denied having a shotgun and no gun was found.
    SOUTHEAST BULLOCH HIGH SCHOOL — (Brooklet) Two juvenile males fought after one passed a note to the other's girlfriend.
    WIGFALL LANE — (Register) A man told deputies he was walking near the recreation center and saw two people fighting. He ran to the two subjects and broke up the fight. About 30 minutes later, the same two began fighting again and he broke it up again. One of the people involved in the fight got up, "swung his arms" and fled. The complainant told deputies he noticed his arm was burning 10 minutes later, and he went to the hospital for treatment. When asked why he did not call authorities about the fight, he said "I don't know."
    
Georgia State Patrol Incidents   
    Troopers issued 26 warnings, assisted two motorists, and investigated two crashes with one reported injury Wednesday.
    
Georgia Southern University Incidents
    SOUTHERN PINES — Someone reported a bicycle was taken.
     Officers issued one traffic citation and assisted two motorists Wednesday.

    Statesboro Police Department — 18 calls.
    Georgia State Patrol Post 45 — one call.
    Candler County Sheriff's Department — five calls.

    Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Wednesday:
    Statesboro Fire Department — two calls.
    Bulloch County Volunteer firefighters — one call.

    Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Wednesday:
    Bulloch County EMS — 11 medical calls.   
    Candler County EMS — three  medical call.  
    Evans County EMS — three medical calls.    
    Central 911 operators also routed  one call to Georgia Forestry; one call to a South Carolina location and a call to Chatham County 911.
