    Jackson Lane Holibaugh, 21, Palisades Court, Marietta — improper turn, DUI.
    India Smith-Roberts, 22, North Rushing Lane — probation violation.
    Andree Etmonia Omoregee, 21, Orchard Park Drive, McDonough — theft by shoplifting.
     Maurice Van Middleton, 36, West Jones Avenue — probation violation.
    Edward Mathis, 51, Morris Heights — simple assault, obstruction.
    Zara Kristin Sapp, 19, Clifton Road, Grovetown — theft by shoplifting.
    Brianne E. Klontz, 17, Barrington Road, Pooler — theft by shoplifting.
    Ashley Clarissa Bolden, 17, Magnolia Place — criminal  trespass.
    Claire Jordan Harrod, 22, Statesboro Place Apartments — theft by shoplifting.

    Joseph  Wesley Lee Poyner, 21, Clito Road — criminal trespass, obstruction, obstructing a person making an emergency telephone call.
    Darrell Eugene Williams, 32, Baldwin Street — probation violation.
    William Edward Tolbert II, 19, Timberline Court, Newington — probation violation.
    Chris Mitchell McDowell, 48, Lynda Drive — public intoxication.
    Luther Everett Douberly, 61, Douberly Hill, Bloomingdale — DUI, failure to maintain lane.
    Johnny Lamar Jackson, 47, Cardinal Drive, Brooklet — public intoxication, disorderly conduct, obstruction.
    William Terrance Noble, 41, Thompson Lane — obstruction, disorderly conduct.
        
Georgia State Patrol Arrests
     Troopers issued three traffic violation citations Thursday.
             
Georgia Southern University Arrests
     Officers issued two traffic citations Thursday.
     Meagan Leigh French, 19, Eagle Village — underage possession/consumption of alcohol and public intoxication.
     
Statesboro Police Incidents
    DENMARK STREET  — A man and woman argued over $40 she said he owed her for staying at her house.
    WAL-MART — Several shoplifters were caught stealing merchandise. One woman placed several unlisted items in her purse: a man went through the self-checkout and did not pay for about $50 worth of items; two women were arrested for stealing a can of Red Bull and a CD cleaning  kit; a woman put shirts and a pair f shorts in her purse and tried leaving without paying; a woman stole a pair of curtains and shoes; and a man stole boxers and a MP3 player case.
    WOODIN NIKEL — A man said he lost a diamond necklace while tussling with bouncers.
    PEACHTREE STREET — A woman said a man was fighting with his brother when he struck her in  the forehead, causing a swelling.
    CAMPUS CLUB APARTMENTS — A woman said several females came to her home calling her outside to fight.
    MORRIS STREET — A man who was kicking a door and trying to force his way inside a home, threatening to harm others, was arrested.
    EAGLES LANDING — A woman said someone stole her purse from her porch.
    NORTHLAND CABLE — A woman who broke two windows and was trying to force her way inside was arrested on criminal trespass charges.
    WOODLANDS APARTMENTS — A woman visiting her daughter heard loud banging and stomping from the apartment above her daughter's. She went to confront the persons responsible and a man yelled at her, using vulgar language, and told her "If you don't get off my balcony you'll regret it."

Georgia State Patrol Incidents    
    Troopers issued one warning, made one emergency relay of blood or medical supplies, assisted two motorists and investigated five crashes with one reported injury Thursday.
         
Georgia Southern University Incidents
     Officers issued  six traffic warnings, assisted two motorists, responded to one alarm and investigated three accidents Thursday.
    SOUTHERN COURTYARD — Someone reported a simple battery incident.

    Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Thursday:
    Bulloch County Sheriff's Department —  18 calls.
    Statesboro Police Department — 17  calls.
    Georgia Southern University Police Department — two calls.
    Georgia State Patrol Post 45 — five calls.
    Candler County Sheriff's Department — five calls.
    Portal Police Department — one call.
    Evans County Sheriff's Department — three calls.
        
911 Fire Department Reports
    Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Thursday:
    Statesboro Fire Department — three calls.
    Metter Fire Department — one call.
        
911 EMS Reports
    Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Thursday:
    Bulloch County EMS — two accident calls, two fire calls, and 20 medical calls.   
    Candler County EMS —  four medical calls.  
    Evans County EMS — five medical calls.    
    Central 911 operators also routed three calls to Bulloch County First Responders, two calls to Bulloch Humane Enforcement, a call to Effingham County 911, Bryan County 911, and Tattnall County 911.
