    Ryon O'Neal Thomas, 20, Statesboro Place Circle — failure to maintain lane, expired driver's license, DUI under 21, underage possession of alcohol.
    Brian Christopher Brown, 23, Frink Road — battery.
    Diana Taylor, 24, Packinghouse Road — theft by shoplifting.
    Melvin L. Perkins, 32, Lewis Street — wanted person.
    
Bulloch Sheriff's Arrests    
    Leroy Etheridge IV, 21, Park Place Apartments — probation violation.
    Kelly Ann Harris, 18, Brookwood Drive — marijuana possession.
    Sebrena Nicole Roberts, 25, Packinghouse Road — driving with a suspended license, child restraint violation, expired tag, probation violation.
    Gilham Hodges Jr., 23, Church Street — obstruction, probation violation.
            
Georgia State Patrol Arrests
    Troopers issued 11 traffic violation citations Thursday.
    Jamal Tillman, 20, Annette Lane, Allenhurst — DUI (.117).
    Brandon Edward Wood, 25, Donaldson Street — DUI (.115).
    Claude Archie Teston IV, 20, Bethlehem Road, Jesup  —  DUI (.091).
    Stephen Miles Eason, 22, Highland Road —  DUI (refused test).
    Adam Martin Sunshine, 20, Fairway Walk Drive, Lawrenceville — DUI (.019).

             
Georgia Southern University Arrests
      Officers issued 11 traffic citations Thursday.
     Leroy Rusha Kirkland, 20, Sanford Hall — possession of a weapon in a school safety zone, possession of marijuana, obstruction of an officer, criminal trespass and altering an ID.
    Bryan Ray Geddie, 23, Woodrum Place — DUI.
    Hannah Elizabeth Keith, 23, Woodrum Place — public intoxication and disorderly conduct.
    Richard Kyle Leonard, 20, Watson Hall — DUI and tag light requirements.
    Christian Chestnut, 21, Stambuck  — possession of marijuana.
      
Statesboro Police Incidents    
    SOUTH COLLEGE STREET — A man reported a CD player stolen from a car.
    In a separate incident a woman said a man moved his belongings out of her home but kept coming back, against her wishes.
    WAFFLE HOUSE — A woman said someone stole $53 c ash from her purse under the counter.
    MINCEY STREET — A man said another man struck him in the face with a chunk of gravel, causing injury.
    180 FITNESS — A complainant said $200 cash was taken from a vehicle.
    MORRIS HEIGHTS APARTMENTS — A woman said her child's father  called her stupid and used profanity in a text, an called her, cursing at her.
    THE LODGE APARTMENTS — Someone reported a broken window,.'
    BOARDWALK APARTMENTS — A man and woman argued over her lack of employment.
    WAL-MART — A woman was arrested for stealing wart remover, a plum, and candy.
    SNELLING PERSONNEL SERVICES — Someone stole a CD player from a car.
    CAMPUS CROSSING — A man said someone stole cologne and two Ralph Lauren ties from his car.
        
Bulloch Sheriff's Incidents    
    PIONEER TRAIL — (Portal) A man reported a woman harassed him by phone.
    HAWK LANE — (Statesboro) A man said he and his girlfriend were arguing over beer money and the issue escalated until he felt compelled to call for law enforcement intervention.
    DOMINICA COURT — (Statesboro) A woman said someone left her lights on, tracked dirt into her home and pulled two desk drawers open.
    YORKTOWN PLACE — A man said his stepdaughter had been locked in a closet and a man struck her, injuring her mouth. While deputies spoke with the man  the girl called and said she had escaped the closet and would meet them at Mill Creek Motor Mate. She had a " ball of hair" in her hand when she arrived and told deputies she and the offender argued while traveling back from Savannah and he jumped on her once they got home. He hit her in  the head and pulled her hair out, she said, but deputies noted she had no visible marks.
    
Georgia State Patrol Incidents    
    Troopers issued two warnings, assisted two motorists and investigated three crashes with one reported injury Thursday.
         
Georgia Southern University Incidents
     Officers issued three traffic warnings, assisted two motorists and assisted one sick person Thursday.
    KENNEDY HALL — Someone reported being harassed.
    BUILDING 807 —  A report of harassment was filed.

    Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Thursday:
    Bulloch County Sheriff's Department — 14  calls.
    Statesboro Police Department — 33  calls.
    Georgia State Patrol Post 45 — five calls.
    Candler County Sheriff's Department —  10 calls.
    Brooklet Police Department — one call.
    Evans County Sheriff's Department —  three calls.
    Portal Police Department — two calls.
            
911 Fire Department Reports
    Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Thursday:
    Statesboro Fire Department — two  calls.
    Bulloch County Volunteer Firefighters — three calls.
    Claxton Fire Department — one call.
    Daisy Fire Department — one call.

    Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Thursday:
    Bulloch County EMS — two accident calls and nine medical calls.   
    Candler County EMS — four  medical calls.  
    Evans County EMS — no  medical calls.    
    Central 911 operators also routed two calls t o Bulloch County Humane Enforcement, a call to Tattnall County 911, a call to Bryan County 911, a call to Bulloch County First Responders, a call to the Bulloch County Correctional Institute, a call to Emanuel County 9111, and a call to Georgia Forestry Commission.
