Statesboro Police Arrests    
    Melvin B. Waterman Sr., 69, Budget Inn — battery (family violence).
    Justin William Meeker, 21, Langston Chapel Road — battery, wanted person.
    James Hamilton Kennedy, 24, Ga., 24 — DUI, no brake lights.
            
Bulloch Sheriff's Arrests

Georgia State Patrol Arrests
    Glenda Nesmith Von Waldner, 46, W. C. Hodges Road — DUI (refused test).
    Marcus Aaron Billups, 19, Pineview Road — DUI (.092).
    Troopers issued 15 traffic violation citations Thursday.
    
Georgia Southern University Arrests
        Carter Williams Salley, 19,  Harts Run, Atlanta — DUI and driving with a suspended license.
 
Statesboro Police Incidents   
    HOWARD JOHNSON'S — A man said three juveniles jumped him near the pool.
    RUDE RUDY'S — An underage woman carrying an open bottle of Corona beer was charged with underage possession of alcohol.
    PRESIDENT CIRCLE — A man told police someone damaged his mail box    EAGLE COURT — Police found an intoxicated man who had been involved in a domestic disturbance at Retriever's. The man became combative and resistant and was arrested for public intoxication, disorderly conduct and obstruction.
    WEST JONES AVENUE — A man said a woman came to his house and started a fight, scratching him in the arm and face.

Georgia State Patrol Incidents   
    Troopers issued three warnings and investigated five crashes with two reported injuries Thursday.
    
Georgia Southern University Incidents
     CONSUMER SCIENCE — A bicycle was taken from the building.
       Officers issued three traffic warnings and assisted two motorists Thursday.

    Statesboro Police Department — 12 calls.
    Georgia State Patrol Post 45 — four calls.

    Statesboro Fire Department — three calls.
    Bulloch County Volunteer firefighters — one call.

    Bulloch County EMS — one accident call and 18 medical calls.   
    Candler County EMS — three medical calls.  
    Evans County EMS — one medical call.
