    Jessica Ann Lastinger, 20, Country Manor Lane — gasoline drive-off, theft by shoplifting.
    Keisha Monette Taylor, 30, Bay Street — truancy.
    Cesar Antonio Sevilla, 51, Orange Street — theft of services, probation violation.
    Barbara Ann Powell, 51, East Main Street — truancy.
    Toney Lavon Holley, 41, Denmark Street — child abandonment, probation violation.
    Brandi Leanne Hendrix, 19, Mill Creek Road — gasoline drive-off.
    Jessica Renee Schmidt, 19, Dry Branch Village, Register —  gasoline drive-off.
    Freddie Lee Hamilton Jr., 25, Miller Street Extension — two counts simple battery, obstruction, criminal trespass, disorderly conduct.
    Dennis Mills, 40, Sinkhole Road — gasoline drive-off, theft by shoplifting.
    Robert Dewayne Mills, 18, Cliponreka Road, Clito — gasoline drive-off, theft by shoplifting.
    Ricky Lee Lively Jr., 18, Ponderosa Road, Portal — theft by shoplifting.
    Pamela Lynn Bragg, 47, U. S. 301 North — battery.
    Tyler Seth Brannen, 17, Eugene Deal Road — contributing to the delinquency of a minor, criminal trespass.
    Melissa Ann Mixon, 19, Harvey Mixon Lane — probation violation.
    Ronald Wayne Morris, 19, Jill Street, Metter — probation violation.
    Jeff Steven Browder, 26, Garfield Court, Seffner, Fla. — obstruction, theft by taking motor vehicle, interference with government property, littering.
    
Georgia State Patrol Arrests
    Troopers issued 27 citations Thursday for traffic violations.
     Amber Oco Celestine Ruiz, 37, Old Pitts Farm Road, Metter — DUI (pending test results).

Statesboro Police Incidents   
    PARK AVENUE — A man said he and his girlfriend argued over his suspicions that she was unfaithful.
    JOHNSON STREET — A woman told police a female offender barged into her home and threatened to strike her and another female with an alcoholic beverage bottle.
    WILBURN CIRCLE — A man said another male waved a gun and used foul language because he parked on the offender's property.
    DELUXE INN — A man was transported to the emergency room due to injuries caused by either a "gun or knife," according to reports. A woman was charged with  aggravated assault in the incident, which reports stated involved alcohol and took place in front of juveniles. The man was also charged in the incident after treatment for injuries sustained in  the brawl.
    DON CORLEONES — A restaurant employee said two men came to pick up their order and while he was turned around to get it, they snatched cash from the register and ran.
    CLYDE'S MARKET — (Ga. 67) A clerk said two men came in to buy alcohol, but when they were told it was too late to purchase it, tossed $25 on the counter and left with a case of beer and a slice of pizza.
        
Bulloch Sheriff's Incidents   
    DRY BRANCH VILLAGE — (Register) A woman told deputies a man used her car and returned it with dents that looked as if someone punched it.
    U.S. 301 NORTH — (Statesboro) A woman said she was involved in a domestic disturbance with a man and sustained visible injuries. She and the man involved were both charged in the incident.
    ROY J. WASHINGTON ROAD — (Statesboro) A man said he allowed a friend to use his trailer to tow a vehicle to a third party, and that the third party sold the trailer to yet another person.
    MOORE CIRCLE — (Portal) A woman said a neighbor became angry when she was cutting grass. The neighbor told deputies the complainant cut down some flowers on the property line.     
    
Georgia State Patrol Incidents   
    Troopers issued 28 warnings, assisted two motorists and investigated five crashes with 10 reported in juries Thursday.
    
Georgia Southern University Incidents
    FAMILY LIFE CENTER — A purse was taken from a vehicle in the parking lot.
      BOTANICAL GARDENS —   A window was broken at the carport.

    Statesboro Police Department — seven calls.
    Georgia State Patrol Post 45 — five calls.
    Brooklet Police Department — one call.

    Candler County Sheriff's Department — seven calls.
    Evans County Sheriff's Department — two calls.

    Bulloch County EMS — two accident calls, two fire calls, a rescue call and eight medical calls.   
    Candler County EMS — one accident call and three medical calls.
