    Vincent Lamar Carter, 17, Allen Circle — first degree criminal damage, battery.
    Edward Ray Youmans, 47, Ga. 46, Register — child abandonment.
    William Andre Johnson, 26, Kendricks Road, Brooklet — criminal trespass.
    Hans Juergen Nitsch, Jr., 24, Piney Grove Road, Augusta — second degree criminal damage, battery (family violence).
    Roy Payton Howard, 46, Keyler Road, Pt. Wentworth — bench warrant.
    Desiree Megan Jones, 19, Bermuda Run Apartments — underage possession of alcohol.
    Krista Ann Maxson, 20,  Bermuda Run Apartments — underage possession of alcohol, DUI under 21.
    Christy Lynn Ingram, 32, Hazelwood Drive — battery (family violence).

     Troopers issued 19 traffic violation citations Sunday.

      Nicholas Castranni Benton, 18,   Metts Road — underage possession/consumption of alcohol.
       Michael Eugene Diemand, 19,  Olliff Hall — possession of marijuana.
       Justin Tyler Lewis, 17,  North Edgewood Drive — underage possession/consumption of alcohol.
       Leighton Matthew Maher, 21,  Landings Parkway — public intoxication.
       Spencer David Orme, 18,  Ladd Circle — underage possession/consumption of alcohol.
       Julius Abrams Schwerin, 18,  Mount Pleasant, S.C. — underage possession/consumption of alcohol.
       Abigail Lynn Studenboeker, 18,  North Charleston, S.C. — possession of marijuana.
      Frederic Jamaal, 20,  Kennedy Hall — possession of a weapon in a school-safety zone.
       Isaac Benjamin Jones, 18, Olliff Hall — possession of marijuana.
       SATURDAY — Officers issued two traffic citations
    SUNDAY — Officers issued three traffic citations.
    
Statesboro Police Incidents   
    UNIVERSITY POINTE APARTMENTS — A woman reported someone took a tag from her vehicle.
    RIDGEWOOD AVENUE — A man reported the theft of a pressure washer and a hedge trimmer from his property.
    DOS PRIMOS — A woman reported the theft of a video camera from a table.
    UNIVERSITY PLACE APARTMENTS — A man said he was at another person's residence watching the Super Bowl when he made a negative comment about one of the teams. An unknown man at the party struck him in the nose over the comment.
    MORRIS STREET — A man said a woman and her juvenile child entered his home and began knocking things over, then t he juvenile fought with another juvenile.
    DONNIE SIMMONS WAY — A stolen vehicle was found in a ditch.
    EAST APARTMENTS — A couple argued over finances to the point that law enforcement was summoned.

Georgia State Patrol Incidents   
    Troopers issued 51 warnings and investigated one crash with no reported injuries Sunday.
    
Georgia Southern University Incidents
    HENDERSON LIBRARY — Someone reported a Blackberry phone was taken from the library.
  COLLEGE OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION — Someone said a vehicle in the parking lot was scratched.
    KENNEDY HALL —  A rear view mirror was broken off a vehicle in the parking lot.
      FRIDAY — Officers issued five traffic warnings, investigated two traffic accidents and assisted three motorists.
    SATURDAY — Officers issued one traffic warning, investigated one traffic accident, assisted two motorists and one sick person, and responded to two fire alarms.
    SUNDAY — Officers issued three traffic warnings, assisted three motorists and responded to one fire alarm.

    Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Sunday:
    Bulloch County Sheriff's Department - 14 calls.
    Statesboro Police Department — nine calls.
    Georgia State Patrol Post 45 — six calls.
    Brooklet Police Department — one call.
    Candler County Sheriff's Department — three calls.

    Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Sunday:
    Bulloch County Volunteer firefighters — one call.
    Metter Fire Department — three calls.

    Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Sunday:
    Bulloch County EMS — one accident call, one rescue calls and 11 medical calls.   
    Candler County EMS — six  medical calls.  
    Evans County EMS — three medical calls.    
    Central 911 operators also routed a call to Bryan County 911.
