    Robert Patrick Chappell, 19, Statesboro Place  — public intoxication.
    Johnny Joel Sanders III, 19, Statesboro Place Circle — public intoxication.
    Bettina Blakely Bolton, 39, Kent Street — battery, simple battery against persons over 65, obstruction or hindering of an emergency phone call.

    Alvaro Camachio Diaz, 22, Dry Branch Village, Register — striking a fixed object.
    Linton Ray Bryant, 49, Silk Lane, Portal — probation violation.
    Jacqueline C. Williams, 37, Mill Creek Road — theft by conversion.
    Eddy Dean Sapp, 56, Lyons — public intoxication.

    Ronnie Dale Lovett, 50, Oliver — DUI.
    Gordon B. Kennedy, 20, Stevens Street, Vidalia — DUI under 21 (.073).
    Troopers issued 21 traffic violation citations Sunday.
    
Georgia Southern University Arrests
      James Olen Rylee, 21,  Lanier Drive — public intoxication.
   David Lewis Summerall, 20, Bermuda Run — underage possession/consumption of alcohol.
   Herschell Wayne Winters III, 17, Macon — underage  possession/consumption of alcohol, obstruction of an officer, public indecency, and possession of a false I.D.
  Officers issued two traffic citations Saturday.
    
Statesboro Police Incidents   
    PARK PLACE APARTMENTS — A woman said her boyfriend pushed her down, but the man denied doing so.
    WILBURN CIRCLE — A woman reported the theft of a red, black and white bicycle from her garage.
    NORTH COLLEGE STREET — Officers responded to a domestic dispute over financial matters. In a separate incident, a man said a woman struck him in the face, knocking his glasses off.
    MEADOWLARK CIRCLE — A juvenile called police to report a domestic dispute with her father, citing a disagreement regarding her being punished.
    UNIVERSITY POINTE APARTMENTS — A woman said her former boyfriend called her and sent text messages with obscenities, then followed her and "tapped" her vehicle with his own.
    FOXRIDGE APARTMENTS — A man told police he argued with his wife over a vehicle and then another woman struck him with a green Ford F-150 truck.

Georgia State Patrol Incidents   
    Troopers issued 14 warnings, assisted two motorists and investigated one crash with one reported injury Sunday.
    
Georgia Southern University Incidents
    KENNEDY HALL — A CD player was taken from a vehicle in the parking lot.
 HENDERSON LIBRARY — Someone reported a suspicious person.
    FRIDAY — Officers issued one traffic warning, assisted five motorists and one injured person, and responded to one fire alarm.
    SATURDAY — Officers issued two traffic warnings and investigated one traffic accident.

    Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Sunday:
    Bulloch County EMS — one accident call, two fire calls, one rescue call and nine medical calls.   
    Candler County EMS — one accident call, one fire call and two medical call.  
    Evans County EMS — no medical calls.    
    Central 911 operators also routed  a call to Chatham County 911 and a call to Bryan County 911.
