Statesboro Police Arrests    
    Destiney Kawandra Clifton, 18, West Jones Avenue — disorderly conduct.
    Shemeka Nicole Brewton, 26, Madison Meadows — disorderly conduct.
    Chavola Concheda Dunston, 19, Church Street — second offense theft by shoplifting.
    Donna Denise Crawford, 18, Baldwin Street —     theft by shoplifting.
    Demetria Janae Hodges, 18, Davis Street — disorderly conduct.
    Chelsea Dominique Sheffield, 19, Thomas Street — theft by shoplifting.
        
Bulloch Sheriff's Arrests   
    James Eric Gamble, 36, Foxridge Apartments — driving with a revoked or suspended license, passing in a no passing zone.
    Shakina Roshaunda Perry, 25, Triple T Road, Register — obstruction, simple assault, simple battery, third degree cruelty to children, wanted person.
    Damarion Leron Williams, 22,Triple T Road, Register — sexual battery, child molestation, enticing a child for indecent purposes.
    Richard Dean Saylor, 37, Rincon-Stillwell Road, Rincon — wanted person.
    Immanuel Charnell Whitaker, 22, Rucker Lane — marijuana possession.
    
Georgia State Patrol Arrests
    Troopers issued nine citations Wednesday for traffic violations.
    
Georgia Southern University Arrests
      Joseph Chandler Brown, 19,  Winburn Hall — underage possession of alcohol.
   Phillip Thomas Hardigree, 19, Kennedy Hall — violation of Georgia Controlled Substances Act and underage possession of alcohol.
            
Statesboro Police Incidents   
    WAL-MART — A female and a juvenile female left the store without paying for bathing suits, and were arrested.
    BEST STREET — A woman notified police about a registered sex offender living within 1,000 feet of her business, a day care facility. She said the man walked past the day care frequently. Police identified the man and placed him under arrest for violation of the law prohibiting registered sex offenders from living within 1,000 feet of a school church or place where children gather.
    PARK PLACE APARTMENTS — A complainant reported someone punctured several air conditioner units.
    JOHNSON STREET —  Police charged a juvenile with aggravated sexual battery and child molestation in an incident involving another juvenile, who was taken to the hospital for treatment for injuries sustained in the incident.
    GATE/SOUTH MAIN STREET — Police arrested four women for disorderly conduct - three were occupants in a truck witnesses said was trying to run people over, and one was arrested for cursing in front of children.
    FAMILY DOLLAR — Two women, one whom was charged with second offense theft by shoplifting, were arrested after taking $11 worth of consumables and other goods.
    HOWARD JOHNSON'S — A man said someone took an envelope with $584 cash from the lobby.
    MORRIS HEIGHTS — A woman said her boyfriend choked her and struck her, then threw her car keys in the woods.
    EAGLE COURT — A woman said her children's father, whom she is no longer with, scratched her and grabbed her arm.
    JONES MILL ROAD — A woman said she was trying to get her belongings from an apartment when a man with whom she had lived started arguing and moving her things around.
    GARFIELD STREET — A woman said her juvenile grandchild took her vehicle to Morris Heights without permission, but an adult cousin retrieved the vehicle.
    WEST MAIN STREET — A woman said a man  threw his bicycle on her car hood and poked her in the eye with his finger, threatening to return and "mess her up."

Georgia State Patrol Incidents   
    Troopers issued seven warnings, assisted one motorist and investigated two crashes with no reported injuries Wednesday.
    
Georgia Southern University Incidents
    UNDISCLOSED LOCATION —  A case of financial identity theft was reported.
    EAGLE VILLAGE — Someone reported a fight.
    OLYMPIC BOULEVARD — Someone said a vehicle window was broken.
    Officers issued five traffic warnings and assisted four motorists and two sick persons Wednesday.
    
Animal Shelter Reports
    During the week of March 26-31, the Statesboro-Bulloch County Animal Shelter reported the following activity:
    Complaints: three calls about horses.
    Court summons/citations: 17 issued.
    Warnings: Eight issued.
    Animals received:
    Surrendered by citizens - eight dogs, eight cats.
    Litters received — total eight puppies, 12 kittens.
    Bulloch Humane Enforcement — 11 dogs and one cat.
    Statesboro Animal Control — one dog and three cats.
    Animals out:
    Shelter adoptions — seven dogs and two cats.
    Humane Society adoptions — nine dogs.
    Returned to owners — one dog.
    Euthanized — 33 dogs and one cat.
    Money collected:
    Adoption fees — $315
    Surrender fees — $50
    Return to owner fines — $25

    Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Wednesday:
    Bulloch County Sheriff's Department - six calls.
    Statesboro Police Department — 16 calls.
    University Police Department — two calls.
    Georgia State Patrol Post 45 — six calls.
    Brooklet Police Department — one call.
    Candler County Sheriff's Department — three calls.

    Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Wednesday:
    Statesboro Fire Department — one call.
    Bulloch County Volunteer firefighters — three calls.

    Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Wednesday:
    Bulloch County EMS — five accident calls and 12 medical calls.   
    Candler County EMS — one medical call.  
    Evans County EMS — five medical calls.    
    Central 911 operators also routed  two calls to Bryan County 911, a call to Effingham County 911 and a call to Emanuel County 911.
