Statesboro Police Arrests    
    Antonio Udochi McWhinny, 19, Campus Club Apartments — disorderly house, obstruction.
    Vonda Sue Clark, 43, College Boulevard — wanted person.
    Stacy Lynn Tucker, 39, Osbourne Road, Ekron, KY — bench warrant.
    Brian Keith Smiley, 40, Rogers Street, Pooler — failure to appear.
            
Bulloch Sheriff's Arrests   
    Jonathan Wayne Crapse, 24, Grove Plantation Road, Claxton — probation violation.
    
Georgia State Patrol Arrests
    Troopers issued six citations for traffic violations Tuesday.
    
Georgia Southern University Arrests
     Leslie D. Foxx, 21,  Dunnamon Drive — driving without a license.
    David Darrell Phillips, 23,  East Cherry Street — DUI, headlight requirements, driving with a suspended license, and no proof of insurance.
   
Statesboro Police Incidents   
    BELK — A man said an employee intentionally allowed a customer to leave without paying for clothing items.
    SEASONS APARTMENTS — A man was playing with a friend's hound dog when the dog bit him on the lip, causing an injury needing four to five stitches. The dog's owner was cited because the dog had no rabies vaccination. The dog was quarantined.
    INSTITUTE STREET — A man told police another male accused him of being "the police" and threatened to kill people in his home.
    DIXIE HERITAGE — Someone threw a rock and shattered a window.
    VARSITY APARTMENTS — A man said someone damaged two laundromat washers trying to get money from them.
    RUM RUNNERS — A man said a bar employee told him to leave because he had too much to drink, and then the man placed him in a head lock, dragged him from the bar, and struck him.
    RIGDON'S AUTOMOTIVE — Police called the business owner to come turn off three vehicles that had been left running and unattended by an unknown person.
    BLAKEWOODS APARTMENTS — Police responded to a report of two men fighting.
    ROBIN HOOD TRAIL — A man said another male leaves him threatening voice mails and text messages. A woman said the man has posted harassing messages on FaceBook about her and threatened by phone to cause her harm.
    SANDY HILL APARTMENTS — A woman said her boyfriend struck her and shattered a windshield in front of her children.
    
Bulloch Sheriff's Incidents   
    SOUTHSIDE SERVICE CENTER — (Statesboro) A woman reported someone shattered a    vehicle window and tried taking a stereo.
    BROOKLET ELEMENTARY SCHOOL — (Brooklet) A  woman told deputies a juvenile said his mother tried to make him smoke a cigarette. The mother said she didn't even smoke and said her son had some candy cigarettes.
    KYLE SORRELL ROAD — (Clito) A man said another man harassed him by computer by criticizing an upcoming wrestling tournament being held at a local school.
    LANGSTON CHAPEL MIDDLE SCHOOL — (Statesboro) An administrator said a juvenile brought a knife to school.
    WALTER WILLIAMS ROAD — (Ellabell) A man said he saw a vehicle driving in and out of his property. The vehicle left when he went to see who was driving.
    
Georgia State Patrol Incidents   
    Troopers issued four warnings and investigated one crash with four reported injuries Tuesday.
    
Georgia Southern University Incidents
    SOUTHERN COURTYARD — Someone reported a domestic dispute.
    EAGLE VILLAGE — Someone reported an I-pod and car adapter were taken from a vehicle in the parking lot.
    Officers issued two traffic warnings, investigated two traffic accidents, assisted five motorists and one sick person, and responded to three fire alarms Tuesday.

    Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Tuesday:
    Bulloch County Sheriff's Department - six calls.
    Statesboro Police Department — 13 calls.
    University Police Department — two calls.
    Georgia State Patrol Post 45 — three calls.
    Candler County Sheriff's Department — three calls.
    Evans County Sheriff's Department — two calls.
    
911 Fire Department Reports
    Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Tuesday:
    Statesboro Fire Department — four calls.
    Bulloch County Volunteer firefighters — two calls.
         
911 EMS Reports
    Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Tuesday:
    Bulloch County EMS — two accident calls and 14 medical calls.   
    Candler County EMS — no  calls.  
    Evans County EMS — two medical calls.    
    Central 911 operators also routed  two calls to Bryan County 911, a call to Wayne County 911 and a call to Emanuel County 911.
