Bulloch County commissioners were scheduled to hold a public hearing and possibly vote on preliminary approval on a “Smart Bulloch 2045” Comprehensive Plan update, which adds land use “planning nodes” at a couple of select locations on the county’s Future Development Map, during the board’s 8:30 a.m. Tuesday, April 16, regular meeting.
