Claxton man killed in auto accident

    A Claxton man was killed Thursday morning in an automobile accident a the intersection of Nevils-Groveland Road and Ga. 46.
    Thomas H. Mosley, 66, Mt. Pleasant Road, Claxton, apparently pulled into the path of another vehicle, according to information from reports by Georgia State Patrol Senior Trooper D. H. Averitt.
    Mosley was driving south on Nevils-Groveland Road when he pulled into the path of another vehicle driving east on Ga. 46, preliminary reports stated. Averitt's reports were not completed Friday, and additional details were not available.
    The accident occurred around 11:25 a.m., about eight  miles south of Statesboro, reports said.
