Candler County sheriff’s investigators are seeking a man who failed to comply with a mandated rehabilitation sentence and is now charged with escape. Todd Richard Hirsch, 39, was ordered through Candler County Superior Court in November to report to a rehabilitation facility in Emanuel County, but he left there and did not return to jail, said Capt. Justin Wells. Hirsch has been missing since Nov. 20, he said.
